Jan 20, 2025 · Stefan LangeMy wife and twin infants had a one-night stay at 250 Main on our visit to Rockland. The hotel was simple but had a tasteful and modern touch. We stayed on a higher floor with a massive window view of both the neighborhood and some of the harbor. The hotel was accommodating and provided two pack-and-play cribs, already set up in the room for our boys. There was a water station to refill glass bottles to take up to the room in the lobby. The elevator was really cool. The heated floors of the bathroom were another nice feature. The location was great as we were on one end of the downtown area, and it was a very short walk to the park and to restaurants. The parking situation is the only critique I could even have for the place, but even then, it’s not terribly inconvenient to park across the street — I imagine in a cold snow you might be unhappy about it! I would absolutely stay here again on a future visit!
Oct 21, 2024 · Richard PavoneThis is a great find- very modern, clean, and a great location. There is no property parking- but there is ample parking in the area. I enjoyed my room
May 08, 2025 · El C250 Main is truly a five star experience. Our harbor front room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I love the extra special touches such as a towel warmer in the bathroom, water station in the lobby with refillable flip up top glass bottles, small wall libraries on each floor, access to rooftop deck. We sat in front of the lobby fireplace and played cribbage and just enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. I found the decor to be beautiful but also warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful - special shout out to Orlando. After being informed of the ‘breakfast snack,’ I was quite pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, croissants and toppings. Parking was the only slight glitch. There are four spaces on the street and a public lot in front of the wharf across the street. We were able to borrow the wheeled luggage rack to get everything in from the car. We were in town for the Christmas activities and loved viewing the lobster trap tree from our room and then walking the historic district to experience the local merchants and dining. The pop up craft vendors provided special Christmas gifts for those I left at home. I can’t wait to return!
Dec 01, 2023 · Lois KPositive: Good rooms, fantastic shower and water pressure. Floor to ceiling blinds. Roof top lounge area. Negative: windows not sound resistant at all. Every noise seems amplified. No real amenities. Playground across the street. Kids screaming at 12pm at night for hours. Very odd.
