We came into town for a celebration of life for our Grandfather. But couldn't even spend the evening in this hotel. There was mold all over the bathroom and our room was COVERED in ants. Given we had a 5 month old with us, we couldn't justify staying in the room for even a night. When checking out and speaking to the staff we weren't even offered a partial refund. We will be reporting the conditions experienced to the WI health department.

Jun 15, 2025 · maddy winansAbsolutely the worst hotel you’ll ever stay at made a reservation for a week paid in full when I arrived. They told me there was a $20 early check-in and then charged my card for another entire week. Stay and can’t reimburse me for 7 to 10 days member staying was in a wheelchair And they asked him to go on the second floor with no elevator. Booked a two queen room and the receptionist literally told us only to use one bed in the room . Then at the day of checkout they came in the room at 9:30 pestering us to get out when checkout is at 11. The ride was running an hour behind and they literally kicked us out of the room at 11:08 and made us sit outside.
Mar 19, 2025 · Chelsie BoardmanNo staff insite. No ice or working vending machines. Very basic 2 star hotel. At least it had secure entrances
Jun 15, 2025 · K KBEDBUGS!!! I spent two nights here and got 5 bed bug bites, 3 on my left leg and 2 on my left arm. I did as you're supposed to and checked for any signs of bedbugs under the mattress and behind stuff, but even if the room looked clean, they were apparently still there. I am sensitive to bed bug bites and now have 5 hive welts on my body... my coworker, who was in their own room, also got 1 bite on their shoulder. We were both on the first floor. The deadbolt on my door also wasn't working properly. Otherwise, the people working the inn were nice and it's super close to the center of town.
