My experience with my family was less than stellar from the past weekend. I wish I could give it zero stars, but one star was the lowest I could give for this review. My mother made the reservation off of a thrift party and made a specific request for an accessible bathroom since she has limited mobility on her reservation. When we pulled into the hotel ready to check on, the front desk agent barely acknowledged us. I had to speak loudly that we were here to check in. He acted like it was an inconvenience for us to disrupt him. When my mother asked if her request for the bathroom was honored, he said no we don't have it. I thought it was strange since I have worked in hotels for 20 years and this hotel didn't have an accessible room with an accessible bathroom in it. The front desk agent stated that we were on the first floor and could park in front of our room. After that conversation, he started to rush my mom for her id and credit card. I offered mine to him, but he declined. He stated that she prepaid and just wanted to make sure it was her. She was under the impression that the credit card was to hold the room and she will pay at check out. The next day, my mother, myself and my daughter were getting ready for an event. I noticed that we only had 1 wash cloth. My mother stopped one of the housekeepers to see if we could get more washcloths. The housekeeper claimed that she would need the dirty washcloth in exchange for 1 clean washcloth. I had not heard of this policy before. I was barely dressed and handed my mother the towel. The housekeeper also insisted on cleaning our room at that moment. It was only 9:30 and we were still getting ready. My mother asked her to come back in an hour to clean and take the trash out please. When we returned to our room, our beds were still unmade, the trash had not been taken out and the towels we used were still on the floor. I drove back to the front desk and asked why our room was not cleaned. The new front desk agent stated that there was a DND sign on the door. My mother informed him that there was no sign in the door nor in the room. We asked if we could get our rooms freshened up and he stated no. I also mentioned the conversation about the policy of exchanging a dirty towel for a clean one. He apologized and got us a set of towels. My mother asked twice when the general manager would be in and he did not give us his name. I asked myself again and he didn't give it to us. My mother lodged a complaint about this hotel to the 3rd party she booked it through. She and I also took pictures of the conditions of the room when we came back that night taking pictures of the room to show proof that housekeeping did not clean our room, that we found a pair of dirty socks in the closet behind the ironing board and wear and tear in the room. I have stayed at Baymont Inn before with better front desk service and clean rooms. I intend to file a complaint with Wyndham as well as with the BBB about how they treated us .

DONT! Just DONT. Save yourself the time and aggravation. The room was booked for me by my company. Arrival was sketchy. Desk clerk tried his best. First room, very run down, stains on walls and furniture and black mold on cieling, shower head spraying water everywhere. Second room was not much better. Light bulbs missing and or burnt out. TV only has volume on certain channels. I’ll be true my a third room after breakfast at Cracker Barrel down the street. This hotel lost this company’s business for good. Very sad it’s under the Wyndham Name. I stay in hotels 20 plus days a month. This is absolutely the worst I’ve seen in my years of travel.

Good price for Fri night stay. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable, but base squeaked every time you moved.

I booked this place for an overnight stay. The rooms looked ok upon entering. There were a few pieces of (head) hair on the sheets and some stains on the side of the fitted sheets. If you didn't look, you wouldn't see it. The TV wouldn't turn on at first. Management came in and unplugged, then disconnected the cables before it finally started working. We saw a small roach on the wall. Our telephone didn't work. We had to maneuver the cord to get a dial tone, and when we tried calling the front desk, the automated message was, "The internet may be down." I'm not sure what that was about. The shower had 2 shampoo bottles and conditioner on the wall, but the body wash was hung outside of the bathroom near the sink. Go figure. The bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded. It seems as if that's what they are in the process of doing. There were rolls of carpet in the breezeway. Our key stopped working, so we were locked outside in the cold and rain. Went to the front desk to have it reprogrammed, got back to the room, and it still didn't work. Went back to the front, and the nice guy walked with us back to our room and unlocked it with a physical master key. He was nice. The cleaning crew was nice. I think the best part of this stay was the elevator to the 2nd floor. I'm grateful for that.

The rooms appear to be under current renovation. Carpet was nice and bed was very comfortable. However, the bathroom was in serious need of upgrading. The curtain rod was barely hanging on and the tub was not caulked where the shower surround meets the tub at the bottom. Some funky stain on the chair inside the room. Not sure what that's all about. Would not stay here again. Disappointing for a Wyndham property.
