Please avoid going to this motel if you can. My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights here, and it was not the most pleasant experience. On our first day here, the lady at the front desk informed us that the room we paid for was unavailable and that we had to choose between a 2 double bed room with a roll-in shower or a king bed room with no roll-in shower. This wasn't such a big deal for us, so we chose the former, believing that everything beyond this point would be smooth sailing. We were wrong. Our shower did not have any hot water, a basic necessity that every motel room should provide. My boyfriend went to the front desk to get the situation fixed, and we were provided a card to a different room that did have hot water. At one point that day, my boyfriend asked if we could migrate from room 104, the room without hot water, to room 259, the room with hot water, so that we could sleep in a room that had a shower with hot water. The lady said that we would have to pay to move to that room. Yikes. The next day, we wanted to take a shower, but when we used our card to open room 259, it did not work. A weird and annoying quirk about this motel is that when your room card is in close proximity to any smartphones, it will deactivate, and you will have to get it fixed at the front desk for the card to function again. We went to the front desk to have our card fixed, and the blonde lady at the desk told us that she would open the door, but we would not be able to have the card freely, that we would have to go to the front desk to use it. In the afternoon, we asked again if we could migrate from room 104 to room 259. The man beside the lady said that the room would not be cleaned if we wanted to migrate to that room and that it was "... our call..." to move to that room. The room was already clean, so we chose to move to the room, and the lady made an obtuse face that screamed, "Sure thing, idiots." Unfortunately, we found out that our new room's electricity was not working in several places. My boyfriend and I were deeply upset at this point. He went outside and spoke to the lady who was passing by, and explained that our room's electricity was not working. She spoke with a grotesque attitude and said it was "our fault" for moving rooms and walked away. After talking to the man at the front desk, we were able to get the motel's electrician to fix the power in our room; however, the fridge was not working. We asked the electrician to switch our fridge for a new one, and he did, but that one didn't work either. At this point, my boyfriend was at his limit, and he wanted to go home. He spoke to the electrician again, and the electrician brought us the fridge from our original room which worked. The following day, we woke up to the delightful gift of cockroaches on our desk and a man begin arrested by police officers just a bit away from our room. Additionally, the blankets had lovely cigarette holes about it that we both adored. Yikes. By the grace of the universe, if you're planning to get a motel in San Antonio, please do not pay to stay at this one. There are better options.

Mar 15, 2025 · John Velasquez2/15 - They accepted my reservation, then when I arrived 5 minutes later, the receptionist said while giggling that they didn’t have a room. She told me to get with Expedia and get a refund. She also said that it's a 1st come 1st serve basis and they just booked the last room. It's been 4 days and Expedia said they cannot get a hold of a manager to approve the refund, so I am out $81.00. I called the hotel to talk to a manager and the receptionist said they don't have one, then I said Expedia needs to talk to one so I can get a refund. Then she said the manager was not in. I asked will he or she be back she said she don't know. It's all a scam at this hotel. BEWARE. I will dispute this with my bank.
Feb 19, 2025 · sally gonzalesAVOID AT ALL COSTS! please do NOT stay here! we were booked into room 105 but because there was no TV we asked for a different room was rebooked to 103. there was a tobacco like smell in the room, holes in the blankets as if there was a cigarette placed on the blanket, NO hot water, the maintenance man had to be called in order to have the door unlocked because the keycard wasn’t working after waiting for 20 minutes. finally, after being booked into a room 259 for the 3rd time, it is much more renovated but the bathtub looks like it has mold on it, the fridge was nowhere near to cold, and the toilet also looked dirty. also, they do not offer refunds 30 minutes after booking! DO NOT STAY HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Mar 22, 2025 · kaylee alexandraI stayed here because I thought the location would serve my needs. A few restaurants nearby and close to work. All of that is true. The hotel itself is in horrible shape and dying rapidly. No hot water, no toilet paper, no heat/AC, no breakfast or coffee. There was some sort of street takeover thing happening nearby, the noise was all night.
Feb 24, 2025 · Carl McGintyChecked into the hotel went to room 205 & it’s had red stains on the bed and a gross tub. Went to the front desk And asked for a refund or a different room they gave us 162 And the room had blankets thrown on the bed, a mop, and a broom on the ground, homemade bong in the cabinet, yellow stuff on the sink in the bathroom shit in the toilet plus bugs in the tub. I then asked for a refund and they gave me another room saying that I was not allowed to get a refund past the 30 minutes which they didn’t advise when they were making us switch hotel rooms. The third hotel room was 211 and it had gross stains on the ground
