Wonderful and welcoming. Basic needs met with a pool that is always a good temperature. I've been to so many hotels where I never got to even use the pool because they didn't care enough to regulate the water. Especially if ally in the winter. There fitness area is 24 hours which is another bonus because most hotels have limits regarding first shifters and exclude those who work on the road. Their breakfast is pretty basic but it's free. There's an assortment of hot and cold foods and coffee, milk and juices. If you hate all your options, there's always a make your own waffle griddle. It's not a palace but they are kind, put safety first and I found that people who were trying to get away with sneaking in dogs and disrespecting other guests were spoken to directly but still with a human heart. I, myself have a service dog and after I presented his service dog license, (not emotional support by the way), it wasn't mentioned again. No fees, just rules to abide by. Such as keeping them with you and not allowing them to destroy the room. If you have a service dog then these things are not a problem. Be respectful and they provide a comfortable and welcoming home away from home and also are willing to go out on a limb to help their guests. I would definitely stay here again. I also got to see their dedication to cleaning out rooms after guests left and they don't cut corners. Many times I watched management switch off who inspected the rooms and they were all willing to help when the cleaning staff needed it. Road workers, breakfast starts at 5a.m. and third shifters, it goes until 9:30a.m.

Aug 03, 2025 · Suzy SantanaI loved it here. The room was perfect, it had a hot tub which the front desk guy told me how to use when I checked in, so that was very nice. The TVs are great sizes, the AC worked very well. Breakfast was pretty minimal, but for free, it worked. Great location, easy to get to, quick to summerfest. I definitely will be staying here again
Jul 02, 2025 · RoxieFirst off the front Desk person was not very friendly when checking in usually you give your payment and ID. Well my husband did just that then the front desk guy kept telling my husband he only gave him his ID. Finally when we walked away he found it. He yelled down the hall for us. When we got to the room my husband used the rest room. Well that didn’t go well either. He pushed down the handle and it just started to over flow he hardly used any toilet paper or anything. The toilet didn’t even attempt to flush down the pipe. When called down to front office it took them 35 mins to come to our room. We have a 3 year old with us that is asking to use the bathroom but couldn’t. Finally the guy came to the room and plunged it and it went down. He lectured us on how to flush a toilet. He sent another guy to come clean up the bathroom. The guy didn’t even bring any cleaner by products he just brought a mop. He looks the towels on the floor and asked if they were dirty. I told him yes he then gave us a dirty look. I did ask him to please clean it and sanitize it but when came back still didn’t have cleaning supplies. When my son was laying on one of the beds also notice a decent size burn mark on the blankets on the bed.
Jul 11, 2025 · Tiffany KerriganSo in perspective, based on comparing 2000 $1 to today, this room would have cost $50 in 2000. So when you're looking for a place to lay your head, it was fine. The room was damp. To be fair, it's been hotter and muggier in Wisconsin than normal. Living in Louisiana, you know you can't not have the AC run. So first thing is crank it down to 68 and it helped dry out the room. There are certain things that could be improved like better deep cleans in the shower area. In their favor, there was good water pressure, and it was hot. The bed and pillows were fine. If you're going to be more selective about your stay, this may disappoint. It was under $100 a night, so a good place for one night. I've had to be in significantly worse, so this is WELL above a bad standard. It served its purpose, hence the overall 4 stars.
Jul 06, 2025 · Scott GeigerRooms looked nothing like the pictures. Bathrooms were moldy bed sheets had hair. There was a laundry area that you walk past to get to the pool and there were dirty underwear lying on the floor. The staff were nice and the location great but would not stay here again.
