One of the Most Disgusting Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had – Avoid at All Costs I’ve stayed at Best Westerns before and have always had great experiences—until this absolute nightmare. I booked this hotel expecting the same standard, but what I got instead was a dirty, disgusting, gnat-infested room and a staff that couldn’t care less. The moment I turned on the bathroom sink, a swarm—yes, a literal swarm—of gnats came flying out. It was revolting. My boyfriend and I tried to kill as many as we could, but they kept coming out of the drain. When we went to the front desk for help, the concierge came to inspect the room and told us he’d bring something to spray. We asked for a different room, which seemed like a reasonable request considering we were sharing the space with a cloud of insects, and were told the hotel was “sold out” with no other options and zero compensation. When the employee returned, he sprayed a toxic-smelling insecticide directly into the sink—no warning, no care, just a heavy dose of chemicals in a small, poorly ventilated room. When we expressed concern about inhaling the fumes, we were coldly told, “The windows open,” as if that solved everything. No apology. No responsibility. Just complete indifference. To make matters worse, the rest of the room was filthy. The shower floor was stained, the carpet looked like it hadn’t seen a vacuum in weeks, one of the lights didn’t work, the bed had a mystery stain, and there was another stain on the wall. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to cover it. We asked for the manager and were told she “wasn’t in” and weren’t even offered a number to reach her. Classic dodge. This hotel is a complete embarrassment to the Best Western name. If you value cleanliness, customer service, and not being treated like a nuisance when you bring up legitimate health concerns, stay far away from this place.

I ended up with 4 bites just because I slept in the bed. Went to the public bathrooms & every single stall was dirty to the point my mom would not use them. There was bar soap not liquid soap so everyone touched that bar soap. Usually have conditioner shampoo body wash & bar soap in the rooms. There was no body wash or conditioner. The blankets I think they got them from a hospital instead of being nice blankets to sleep with. I’m allergic to bar soap which usually isn’t a problem in best westerns as they offer both bar soap & body wash. I did not jump at the chance to go swimming after I found out how disgusting the public bathrooms were. To them it’s all about the money & your comfort & satisfaction does not matter. If they can cut corners any way possible they will. This is a best western I thought so would be nice but unfortunately we had to stay more than 1 day. Never again will we stay here. You should be ashamed of yourself to call yourself a best western. Nobody stay here as it’s bad news.

My car broke down in the highway and they were able to get us in right away with a cozy clean room! The pool was open until 11 which I LOVE and it was amazing! The hot tub too! Everyone has been so nice and sweet I would definitely recommend

Clean room, comfortable mattress and pillows. The pool area was well maintained. Breakfast menu included a variety of items. Friendly staff. Our cherry on the top was the location. It was July 4 fireworks right across from main entrance. Beautiful! Highly recommend this Best Western location!

Overall, the stay was ok. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. We appreciated the chairs and tables outside. The hot water and shower pressure was excellent. There were a lot of 'misses' for the price though. Rooms were straightened but not fully restocked. There was visable mold in the vents. Had to ask front desk for more shampoo and conditioner every day. They didn't give me any problems. Tv channels were poor. The TV guide didn't match the actual show. Mattresses were clearly old.
