Blue Goose Inn is a rider's paradise! My dad and I came down for a few days to dirt bike and had an incredible experience. The trail is right down the street, with access to Buffalo Mountain or Devil Anse. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There is a locked area to keep your bikes, super convenient not having to load/off load every day or worry about security. Bill (the owner) provided the best hospitality. He was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the trails. There was a hornets nest on the door one morning, Bill came out immediately and took care of it. I broke the radiator hose on my dirt bike, Bill gave us parts and helped us fix it. I highly recommend this place.
Aug 07, 2024 · Lauren StummePerfect location. 4 guys rented a room for a couple nights. Clean and comfortable. Great service!!
May 10, 2025 · Steve DialI ♥️this place. The breakfast, cooked by owner Bill, is fabulous for 12 bucks. I usually BYO and have in room with coffee made in the room. Glad I went to Bill’s home cookin cuisine. Centrally located. Expect some stairs which is ok for me.
Nov 04, 2024 · Erin ODonnellGreat place! Bill is friendly, knowledgeable about the trails (especially single track), and always willing to help. He literally bailed me out when I got stuck out on a single track, dropped everything to come help me during a solo trip! The trail head is only a couple of blocks down the street. Overnight secure bike lockup is offered, so no worries if you bring your ride down in the back of your pick up like I did. Highly recommend to any dirt bike enthusiast. I'm looking forward to seeing his historic buildings once he has them exactly as he plans to have them (rider-focused hang out area, indoor bike lockup, etc). If you're looking for an awesome place to stay while getting your dirt biking and off-road fix at Hatfield McCoy, stay here!
Apr 20, 2022 · Adam PartinWe came to Hatfield-McCoy to ride and stayed here for two nights. Room was clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful with info about the trails. Even let me wash the mud off my rzr and loaned us helmets as I was not aware they were required on the trails. Would definitely recommend staying here
