It was definitely more outdated than the pictures show, but I was willing to overlook that as the beds were decent and the linens were clean. But then a mouse came out to nibble. I asked for a refund or a new room and was denied both. Told me if a mouse was in one room there were probably mice in every room.

Mar 23, 2025 · Nancy Isebrand‼️this has to be one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever been to in my life I should of paid attention to all the signs before I booked on arrivals the front desk employee a white man that hair was long and matted and looked like he was either hung over or high off pot booked my room I go to the room he booked me into I get there and there was another guest in the room I proceeded to go to the front counter and address the issue he puts me in a different room that was filthy. The room had old deodorant, used plastic fork, condom rappers, etc. the lock was broken off the door it was a bad Oder upon arrival and 2 out of the 4 wall outlets only worked I proceed into the bathroom to find that they water stopper in the tub was broke off and cigarette burns all over the tub mind you this is a non-smoking room. This was one of my worst experiences I have ever had in my entire life for over 100 dollars a night was not worth any dime I spent I am pissed I had to even check the bed for bed bugs and roaches -9 out of 10 highly don’t not recommend .
Feb 22, 2025 · Curtis GravesGiant photo falls off the wall on my head. From the pictures, It's obvious their handyman has skills. The person at the front desk refuses to work with me. Smiles and tells me he did not install it, so it's not his problem. Seeing the second screw hole in the wall, tells a story of this happening before.
Mar 09, 2025 · Spencer KenyonWe got in late after driving 10 hrs. We were tired & ready to rest our heads. Got to the room, pulled the sheet back & there were stains & mouse droppings on the sheets. My husband went up to the front desk & he just said, "I don't do housekeeping" & gave my husband clean sheets!!! Continental breakfast was instant oatmeal or yogurt. There was a toaster, bun no bread. Coffee was good
Nov 16, 2024 · Candace PattersonThank you for letting my husband stay there Saturday through Monday. Was great customer service.
