Went for a long weekend with some friends ice fishing. The place was warm and comfortable. You just need to bring your own towels and some extra tp. It was cheap and the owner was a nice guy. It was a beautiful view of the river. The pic is out of my truck looking over the river from the parking lot.

Our family (3 daughters, 2 dogs, my husband and I) loved the space inside the cabin (Riverstone, Right side) and the beautiful view from the West windows overlooking the River. We explored the nearby quaint towns over the course of our 3-night/4-day stay and loved every minute of it. We stayed mid-March and saw 200 plus eagles in one day while driving from Nelson to Lake City. We'll be returning!

Had a fantastic week long stay with my family! The cabin was nice and clean, the boat we rented ran well, the fishing was amazing, and the owner is a great guy! We will be back next year!

It was a mini-vacation with just me and the wife. We stayed in the cottages, they were very clean and spacious, and VERY reasonable for lodging on labor day weekend. Beautiful views outside the windows all around. Loved having a coffee in the morning enjoying the bluffs and the Mississippi. Rented a boat from the resort and did some fishing. we were centrally located from Alma and Nelson and just across the river from Wabasha. A big "THANK YOU" to Wes Stensland for making our stay comfortable and stress free. friendly folks! definitely would return
