DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures on here are FAKE. I am posting the actual pictures. We checked in, immediately left. It looked like a drug motel, seriously. I immediately didn't feel safe, the room was old and dingy. The furniture looked like used goodwill (nothing wrong with that, I love goodwill) but not for my hotel room, sorry. Especially when you're paying almost 300 for it. It was beat up, outdated. Sketchy as hell. The shower didn't work properly. The service was also terrible. No, hi how are you, just rude. We immediately left, went to a beautiful stay bridge down the road on hwy 70 (highly recommend) for HALF THE PRICE. And it was absolutely gorgeous. Free full nice breakfast in the morning. Small restaurant/bar inside. Had a snack marketplace with alcohol - you have to pay for parking but even with that it was still - half the price. Full room with kitchen, dining room bar table, I'm telling you - amazing. Go there. This place is a joke. And just to reiterate, all the pictures are FAKE. There was literally a used tampon tube in the parking lot. If that tells you anything. The good reviews must be fake because there is just no way. Good luck!

This location offers a mix of urban convenience and access to some of Nashville's most iconic areas.
For accessibility, its position on Demonbreun Street means you're close to the legendary Music Row, where much of country music history has been made. It’s also noted as being "mere minutes from the Nashville International Airport" and within a short distance of popular entertainment and business hubs. While one reviewer describes it as "located about 25 minutes' walk from John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge" and "around a 5-minute walk from Music Row," another states its "Location is spot-on for business and leisure travelers alike." This implies that while some key downtown attractions might require a walk or a short ride, many are within reasonable reach.
Specifically, the hotel is near the Music City Center and Bridgestone Arena, making it convenient for those attending conventions, concerts, or sporting events. It's also "close to Vanderbilt and Belmont universities," which is a plus for visiting families or those with business at the campuses. However, it is absolutely crucial for locals to carefully consider the conflicting reviews, particularly the strong negative feedback regarding room condition, outdated facilities, and perceived safety. While some guests had positive experiences with cleanliness and staff, the stark contrast in opinions suggests potential inconsistencies. If you prioritize modern aesthetics, pristine room conditions, guaranteed quietness, and consistent top-notch service above all else, you may find this Comfort Inn to be a gamble. Locals might benefit from checking recent, diverse reviews just before booking or even considering a quick drive-by to assess the exterior if possible, to manage expectations. Ultimately, if the price is right for your budget and the convenient location outweighs the potential for a less-than-perfect room experience, it could be a functional choice. But if you're seeking a guaranteed, consistently high-quality stay, particularly at the higher end of its price range, exploring other options might be a safer bet.

Mar 21, 2025 · S LA great place to stay while visiting Nashville! This place offers clean and well-maintained rooms with thoughtful amenities like moisturizer (which is always a nice touch!). The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to dietary preferences—they made sure there were plenty of options at breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast spread is robust, with a great selection of hot and cold items, and the team does an excellent job of keeping everything fresh and refilled. Another big plus is the 24/7 cold water and coffee available in the lobby—super convenient after a long day of exploring. The gym was also in good shape, with all the equipment in working order, which isn’t always the case at hotels. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service—I’d definitely recommend Comfort Inn Nashville for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run hotel!
Mar 20, 2025 · Aashka KotwalWe stayed 2 nights, the room was clean but a little outdated, the shower was missing the head making the pressure too hard and spaying everywhere. The breakfast was mediocre with warm coffee, and rubbery eggs. All staff was friendly and because of that I would recommend staying if you don’t mind walking to broadway. The hotel price was too pricey for the quality of the room.
Jun 15, 2025 · Cathy RachidEh. Its a 2.5 star motel. Wonderful location super close to Broadway. But uninspiring otherwise. Outdoor motel style entry. Bathroom was decently clean but not great. Fridge barely cold. Bed comfy but pillows old and squishy. But also like 1/2 the price of staying anywhere close to Broadway, so its a trade off.
Jun 03, 2025 · Jason ELocated in a good location. Walkable to Broadway. We walked there and back. Is slightly hilly. Our room was nice and clean. Large bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Husband said the breakfast wasn't the greatest.
