We had to clean the hot tub before we used it with cleaner from Walmart. I tried to explain the person at the front desk and it was clearly a waste of my time. I will not be staying there again. The floor was nasty and no breakfast as they were out before 7:30 am. Lesson learned don’t stay there.

Jul 22, 2025 · Nick BeckOur room was dated and could use some maintenance. Wall base trim missing/ failing, tub spout loose, dirty curtains and windows, kids toys and other items under bed, night stands, and dresser. When shining a light, on what we originally thought were just lint balls, ended up being moldy items which we could only assume are food and possiblt pet food. No bed bugs and clean sheets is a plus!. Room fridge pinches fingers! Microwave isn't the best but got the job done and there is no cable/satellite tv. We went to use the hot tub and it had a white film covering the floor around and tiling in both tub and pool while also having brown on the material below the tile. We rubbed 1 tile clean inside and outside of the tub with our finger. They are not being cleaned! Again, some maintenance could go a long way here. Strong Marijuana odors in the hallways, and you can hear everything so be prepared to listen to the kid above you running back and forth with their heels! Skip the breakfast and go to a diner unless you're OK with cereal and microwaved eggs that you make, waffle, or biscuit and gravy. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful but this may be our last stay at any wyndham property unless absolutely necessary.
Aug 03, 2025 · Rolando AlvarezStaff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean with no complaints. Convenient location. Best part was the great service and friendly staff.
Jul 14, 2025 · Shandra CooperThe staff was friendly and rooms were clean. I didn't like that the breakfast had cold eggs and biscuits and gravy every single day. I also didn't enjoy that the curtains are cheap ones from Walmart that don't even cover the whole window.
May 18, 2025 · Lillian VandeVyverThe staff were friendly and accommodating but those rooms were disgusting. The carpets were horribly stained, the lighting was terrible (maybe so you couldn’t see just how bad the stains were), bathrooms were TIGHT, no blackout curtains, lots of road noise and noise from the truck parking in the back, breakfast all 4 mornings was the same: biscuits and gravy, waffles, the cheese omelette had to be pulled out of the fridge and microwaved for a couple mins, no sausage or bacon, no fresh fruit, gluten free options were fridge eggs and yogurt. Hot tub was down for the first 2 days but was back up & running for the last couple days. Our group had multiple rooms and they were all the same.
