This hotel is awful. There are several staff members that are going out of their way to provide guests with a great stay. They offer beer and wine at certain hours? Usually with some snacks. That’s all u can say that is good. It’s located next to the airport, but it’s out dated, even after several stays, something always didn’t work, Outside of the front desk and the one manager lady, the people that run it are pretty horrible. They closed their pool down during Covid, the hallways stink, there is always people screaming, making it hard to sleep, It’d just overall not a nice place to stay. They will double charge you (you get reimbursed), but you aren’t told you are getting initially charged twice c plus deposit. There is a Marriott next door that’s far better, and other options. Avoid Element at all costs, But hey they have the continental breakfast c just don’t be surprised to find a hair in your food, or worse.

May 04, 2025 · Of Life’s Travels ForwardThe scenery isn't the best considering it looks like they're still building stuff on the land over there. But the rooms are beautiful. They have breakfast in the morning, complimentary drinks and snacks there. A very beautiful place. 😍😍The next time I come I'm going to really try to enjoy myself. This time I went to work over the weekend and I just wanted to get away from everyday home with the family so I just came here for a getaway but the next time I'm going to actually make it my business to do it on a weekend that I'm off work so I can actually relax and enjoy myself. The staff was amazing.💓💓
Apr 07, 2025 · Tasha RouseI recently stayed at Hotel Element and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the wine station was excellent, providing a lovely selection that made for a relaxing evening. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Element for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and exceptional service
Feb 20, 2025 · Jose David Dorado DoriaStayed here to be close to Capital Health Hospital for a surgery and my stay was disappointing. I had used a suite upgrade which guaranteed a room type and they tried to downgrade me at check in. The front desk agent was not very empathetic and seemed dismissive of the situation. The room itself was not the cleanest and seemed very worn down. The location is great for the hospital, but I'm not sure the property itself is really worth staying for much else unfortunately.
Apr 18, 2025 · Ben TurbittThis place has gone downhill from the year before when I was here last. The air freshener, room spray, or room deodorizer they use emits a strong unpleasant scent that gives me a headache. Also saw a used cotton swab and a sponge in the hallway.
