I drove 2 HOURS to stay at this dump, thinking it was a decent place near a wedding venue. Big mistake. The moment I walk in, the front desk lady tells me, “Oh, we don’t process online bookings.” Excuse me? I BOOKED MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Apparently, I’m just supposed to show up and hope they find me a room. But wait, it gets worse. After being told my reservation didn’t matter, I tried to book a room IN PERSON and what do they do? Refuse. They said they were “full,” even though the parking lot was practically empty. So, what now? Pitch a tent in the lot? Apparently that’s the plan when you book a room here. And when I asked if there was any way to get a room—through her or anyone who knows how to do their job?—she just slammed the door in my face. LITERALLY SLAMMED THE DOOR. How is this even a “hotel”?! This place is a dump, and the staff couldn’t be more incompetent. They’re so rude and unhelpful, it feels like you’re being punished for just walking through the door. I’ve gotten more respect from a vending machine. We stayed only because we were going to a wedding next door, and honestly, I didn’t have the energy to scramble for another place. But if you’re thinking about booking here, don’t. Not unless you want your entire day ruined by the worst customer service imaginable.

Jun 22, 2025 · CarsonI booked a room just 4 weeks ago online and when i arrived the woman behind the desk said that they didnt have a room for me. She said they no longer accepted online bookings. Said they hadnt taken them for 5 month. She was extremely rude and just gave a shrug ehen i told her that i had a confirmation number and didnt get any sort of email saying they weren't taking online reservations. She didn't even apologize and refused to let me book a room claiming they were fully booked. I was in town for a concert and had to scramble to find another olace to stay. I was 3 hours from home. I asked her why i was able to still make a reservation if they weren't taking them online. She blamed the online site just kept repeating that they had off boarded them. As if that was any sort of explanation. Ended up at a much nicer hotel with a staff that was absolutely fantastic. Terrible service from this place!
Jul 21, 2025 · Nancy eThis is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff are so unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing or how to manage a hotel. There was no maid service. No fresh towels brought to the room. Microwave was disgustingly dirty. Someone’s soup blew up in it and it hadn’t been cleaned. Could not reach the front desk to even ask for towels or a clean microwave. They are never at the desk unless it’s check in and check out time. Drive the extra miles to stay in a REAL hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.
May 25, 2025 · Coffeelover Dark RoastDO NOT stay here. This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and a scam. They cancelled our reservation last minute via an unprofessionally written email and still charged us! Check in is between 3pm and 11pm. We called them around 5:30pm on the day we were supposed to check in to ask about a late check in because we were contemplating on if we should go to the hotel straight away to check in before 11, or if we could go do a few things first because we had plans that might run late (past the 11pm check-in cutoff time). We couldn’t get any human on the phone, it was an automated system that would hang up on us when we tried to talk or input any information. We then found another phone number for them, that one hung up on us repeatedly too. Then we emailed them and thankfully got a response within 20 or 30 minutes- but all it said was “We are canceling your reservation we r overbooked”…. And now we see on our bank statement that they had the audacity to still charge us!!! Not only did they leave us without our two rooms for the night, but they really still charged us!!! We shouldn’t have had to call two numbers and send an email just to get ahold of someone, and we ESPECIALLY should have NEVER been charged AT ALL when YOU cancelled our reservation!!! What a terrible experience- and absolutely terrible and unprofessional, scammy customer service!!
May 13, 2025 · Rachel RaskinI booked a room here for a one-night stay with my family. Due to a change of plans, we had to cancel, and I did so before the cancellation deadline. Got a confirmation email that my stay had been cancelled and would receive no charges. Imagine my surprise when I saw my credit card had been charged for the cost of the room the day of our reservation. It was even BEFORE check-in time, so it’s not like they considered us a no-show and charged us late that night. I tried contacting the hotel, first through the reservation line because it’s the only phone number I could find. They directed me to customer service, which had an automated service that hung up on me each of the 3 times I tried to call without connecting me to a human agent. Spent MORE time seeking out the direct number to the hotel, which I had to dig for as it’s not prominently displayed on their site as far as I could see. The rep who answered couldn’t find my stay and seemed eager to rush me off the phone. The only suggestion was that any charges “should” fall off after 7-10 days…but it should have never been charged to begin with!! This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I’d give zero stars if I could!
