This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There are cockroaches in the room, and the cigarette smell is so strong it doesn’t go away even with perfume. The room looks nothing like the photos – it’s dark, scary, and the smell is awful. The neighbors seem sketchy and potentially dangerous. There’s constant noise during the night, and I kept waking up feeling anxious and unsafe. I’m checking out tomorrow, two nights before my scheduled departure, because honestly, I don’t feel safe here.

Jun 18, 2025 · Fabiana R.I enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and exceed my expectations for the price. Check in was a smooth and easy process. The staff was wonderful whenever I had any issues the stuff was there to help me. I love the convenience of the locations plenty of food options near by. I would like to say that one front desk associate that went above and beyond was Ms.Queen. She was very friendly and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.
Mar 03, 2025 · Charis MorrowThe front desk staff were the only nice thing about this place. Everyone I encountered at the front desk were super kind, but that’s it. I was supposed to be here for a week but left after 2 nights because I felt incredibly unsafe. My mother is in the hospital, and after a long day of being at the hospital all day with her, I returned back to my door propped open. I have no idea how long it was open, and being alone I was very scared. When I went to the front desk to ask for help, I noticed the room beside mine had been propped open as well. The front desk employee gladly escorted me to my room to make sure no one was in there and said housekeeping must have forgotten to close the doors. There were people outside smoking weed, which I’m not judging them for, but since my door was propped open, my entire room smelled like weed for the rest of the night. There was also someone who sounded very drunk outside near my room all night long, screaming, singing loudly, etc. I wanted to call the front desk, but was scared the person would hear me since the walls are very thin and I was alone. The next day when I returned to get my things to move to another hotel, my entire room smelled like cigarette smoke, which caused all my belongings to smell like smoke. I am not a smoker and this was incredibly frustrating. I am pregnant and dealing with my mom being in the hospital, jumping from hotel to hotel is just an extra added stress that I did not need, but I did not feel safe here. Again, the front desk staff was always super kind, but other than that I am very dissatisfied with my stay.
Apr 20, 2025 · Hannah PearlI stayed here for just over a month with my 2 cats. It is definitely reasonable if you aren't expecting much. The room was pretty clean, I did not see many bugs or anything the entire time. The other guests were sometimes loud and upto no good but it seemed like everyone was harmless if you just mind your own. Our neighbour told us that building 1 was like the "normal folks" and probably the safest. I stayed in building 1 and I had not 1 saftey issue the entire time. Overall I would definitely stay here again if I had to. If you don't mind an outdated space and a little bit of commotion from the public this place is just fine. ( If ur thinking about bringing kids I only saw 1 young kid who lived there, I would bring my own children if I had to but probably would avoid a space like this if possible)
May 28, 2025 · Shelby StevensonIf I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager Pam scheduled my check out for April 30, 2025. My request was that I was going to stay through April 30 and check out on May 01, 2025. She charged my debit card for another week instead of 1 day. I did not authorize this payment and had previously asked them to remove my card from their system when I checked-in. I stated that I would be back at the beginning of every week to pay by the week. The manager ran my card twice in one week and these charges were not authorized! I asked several employees to remove my card from the system and they claimed they did not know how to do it! I asked to change rooms several times, because the people in the room above mine were extremely noisy, they were pounding on the floor in the middle of the night and one night it sounded like the WWF was having a wrestling match and it sounded like they had 5 dogs. I made several noise complaints, because I was getting up at 6 am to go to work. The people above waking me up between midnight and 4 am was a problem that was never addressed. I asked to use I discount code I received in my email and the front desk staff said the manager did not train them to put the discount in the system. This place is not a safe place to stay, I seen people argue in the parking lot, one girl asked me to call the police a couple times.
