Room was clean and spacious enough except the bathroom was oddly designed . You practically had to get in the shower to close the bathroom door to use the toilet. Little counter space for toiletries near the sink. Room service never came but found an attendee to obtain towels. Spent 4 nights here, staff friendly good cocktails, website says bar open till 11 but they’re open 5-10p. Attended a banquet which was held here and it was very accommodating and food was ok. Location was good for where we needed to go and parking was free! Not sure what regular price is but with the group rate price was excellent! Aside from hearing the kids running in the room above us we enjoyed our stay.

Jun 16, 2025 · JoAnn BrownWe were heading back home when our tire popped around 1am. We couldn’t really drive all the way back home on a spare tire since it was almost a 4 hour drive & no shops were open. We needed to find a hotel to stay the night since we have a 5 month old baby. We had called everywhere in the area only to be told that they were all booked. I finally called here & found out they thankfully had available rooms. Once we arrived after wandering around for a few hours, the hotel receptionist (Joe M.) was amazing! Not only was he super sweet, but he also made the last minute check in process super seamless & gave us a complimentary pass for my husband & I to eat breakfast in the morning at their hotel restaurant for everything we went through that night 🥹(mind you breakfast isn’t free here). For staying here last minute, we had such a good experience. The hotel overall was super nice & clean. Our room was super spacious & very accommodating for us. The breakfast was also super delicious. I would stay here again if we were ever in the area again in the future!
May 19, 2025 · Gissell AvilaOh... ETA: Hotel Staff ignored my DND sign and entered twice. However, all of that got dismissed, downplayed, or outright ignored. They also tried to play the blame game with re checking in while waiting 5 hours to call me and saying that they needed me to check-in by x time due to "[me] not responding to texts"...not everyone has time to sit and wait by a phone. I feel like if it was really that important they would have called the phone sooner than 5 hours. I can leave a more detailed review later, but honestly if you don't care how you're treated, the rooms are great. Extremely nice. However, they prioritize contracts and businesses. Business people travel for leisure too or if they find themselves in my position, while moving. The majority of the staff is friendly; however, the other reviews aren't wrong and I should have moved to a different place sooner. [Sucks that the front desk can make the rest of the staff negligible.] Despite being a step down in terms of the sliding scale of luxury, Residence Inn right next door may not be luxury, but if you're needing a longer stay, the staff thus far have been kind. If you need great customer service in the area and don't have a tight budget to stick to, Aloft in Greenville. This? Only if you have a short confirmed/non-flexible needs and nowhere else to go. I got talked down to at day 2 for extending because they had a contract on the floor they put me on. I ended back on that floor because the *Manager* put me there not taking into account that my needs may require me to extend and not giving me the option to bring my own shower chair to stay in a normal room since they have limited accessible showers and no extra chairs. [I inquired about that option because a lot of hotels still have stand alone shower chairs if necessary.]
Jun 08, 2025 · K GRestaurant staff is amazing! For breakfast and dinner, our serves were so attentive, friendly and helpful. The woman who I presume is the restaurant manager did a wonderful job helping our server with our family of 8. The front desk staff is a whole different story. Every employee working yesterday afternoon/evening (5/16/25) could not have been more rude or helpless. They made everything difficult, while also maintaining a rude and extremely unfriendly attitude and glaring at me the entire time. One employee was just standing there staring at us with a baby in her arms, which was odd for an employee on the clock. After being denied entrance to a room that my name was on, we received stares and uncomfortable glances for a while. The next day I called guest services to ask if the ice machine on my floor, which was completely empty, could be filled with ice, and I was told I could come downstairs and get it from them….which isn’t what a guest should be told when they are attempting to use a standard universal hotel amenity. I guess ice is a luxury here? If it wasn’t for the restaurant staff, this place would get 0 stars and be the worst hotel in which I’ve ever stayed.
May 18, 2025 · HannahI’ve stayed here many of times and have had a decent experience most of the time. However I am having a issue with funds being returned to my card. We stayed there on May 24th and was supposed to be there under a work discount…we were suppose to be charged 121 plus tax which was 140…however my card was charged 173…I said ok that must be for incidentals…after a week no funds were returned to my card…and I’m like that’s not normal…so I reached out to the hotel…the young lady who answered the phone was rude and did not even give me a chance to explain the reason for my call and tried to answer the question before I asked..she did direct me to the hotel accountant, she has been extremely helpful and nice…however my funds are still pending and nothing has been returned to my card…this is insane and very frustrating, inconvenient and has cause me to not want to go there again.
