May 06, 2025 · Desiree LeonardiWe had the pleasure of staying there for a week. And I will say the staff there is exemplary. Miss Gwen, and Mr Lou, we're very kind and helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was delicious, there is something for everyone there without a doubt. The rooms are nice and spacious and very very clean. And there is an indoor pool that is a saltwater heated pool that we took advantage of while we were there. This will be our go-to place when we need a hotel. I would highly recommend it! Thank you to all of the staff for being kind, courteous, and respectful.

We requested a handicapped room since one of us was in need of the grab bars etc. we were charged significantly more money because it was handicapped accessible . I asked to speak to the manager who was not available . I was contacted by a manager the following day who instantly blew me off and connected me to a general reservations number . The person then connected me to another person who would “look into it “. While we were there right before we left the manager was in the office but was unable to speak with us our whole stay since he was on a “conference call”. I’m a Hilton honors member and love the Hampton inn where ever we are . I was told they are all independently owned . All I can say is SHAME ON YOU . I will be following up since this is in VIOLATION of the American disability act. A little compassion and consideration would have gone a long way . I have yet to be contacted by any Hilton/Hampton inn representative. FUTURE GUESTS BEWARE.

Beyond rude, unaccommodating, I had multiple guests complain about the customer service they received. People were overcharged. Management has been back and forth arguing with me after marking and charging us as a “no-show” on Saturday night, when it was noted we were arriving Sunday morning. They were rude to my father on our wedding day and refused to let him check in 15 minutes early so he could get dressed in his own room (since they didn’t give the groom the suite we booked and there were ten men crammed into a small space). They said $100 to check into his room 15 minutes early. Really? After we booked you over 20 rooms on a Sunday night and paid $50 for them to hold our wedding gift bags?! So much more but not worth typing. Im sure the GM will respond to this and continue to place blame on me. If you do book here for an event, Barbara will be wonderful throughout your process, then all downhill from there with everyone else. Stay away!! Not worth the stress on what otherwise is hopefully the best day of your life.
Nov 05, 2024 · Stephanie Tullywe checked in with no problem, rooms were clean and good. breakfast was okay. i accidentally left my hoodie in the room, and called the day of checking out to see if they had found it. the hoodie was not found, and they told me to call the next morning. i did so, and they still hadn’t found it. i called again the next morning and they still hadn’t found it. makes me wonder how often they clean their rooms. this morning i called and asked for the housekeeping manager, because they told me she would be in this morning. she wasn’t. it has been 3 days since i checked out. this is the most uncommunicative staff i have ever seen. i’ve stayed at many hilton hotels and this was one of the worst.
