I booked a suite at this hotel while traveling with my daughter, specifically wanting separate areas for privacy and space. From the pictures online, it appeared the couch/office area would be separate from the bedroom. When we arrived, I quickly realized the "suite" was simply one open room — the couch and office desk were directly across from the bed with no separation at all. To make matters worse, the couch and office chair were visibly stained, and there were tortilla chips left on the couch and floor. The bed even looked like someone had recently laid on it. Concerned there was a mistake, I contacted the front desk immediately. I was told that I had received the correct room and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told there wouldn’t be a manager available until Monday — it was Saturday. I then asked if someone could at least come clean the room, but was informed the cleaning staff had gone for the day and wouldn't return until tomorrow. Once again, I was told there was nothing they could do. Still trying to find a solution, I asked if a clean room was available. After a long hold, the front desk agent said the supervisor told her there were no rooms available. Feeling frustrated, I called corporate. They confirmed there were plenty of rooms available and said they would call the front desk themselves. After another long wait, I was told (again) that only the supervisor could approve a room change — and nothing was being done. At that point, I had been sitting in a dirty room for about an hour, waiting for someone to simply give me a clean space. I ultimately decided to check out early and was still charged for the night — for a room I didn’t even want to sit down in. Honestly, for what I paid, I felt like I should have thrown the sheets, towels, and comforter on the floor to make it look like I had actually used the room. I left it exactly as I received it. As a side note, we ended up at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street, which was much cleaner. However, be aware that most hotels in this area seem to have the strange policy of only cleaning every other day, and only if requested. Bottom line: I do not recommend staying here — or in this area — if you expect basic cleanliness, honesty, or customer service.

This location is great for a staycation mommy vacation or if you are traveling from out of town the staff is friendly and the front desk is reliable check out the travel station which allows you to pick up brochures on the local attractions in the area. Juice Park is very close by so I recommend going by there and touring the brave stadium. The food and festivities that the era has to offer. Take a look at some of the pictures that I took while I was there. Enjoy your stay because I did.

The hotel was nice and we really enjoyed the suite . I cannot say much for the location. The truck traffic is immense so congestion was incessant. Restaurants choices were lean nearby.

I booked through Expedia, and never again will I do that. But the two women at the front desk who were working check in during the evening of April 11th (tonight) were absolutely amazing. They took multiple calls with Expedia to work things out for me, they were so nice even during the hectic time we were having, they refused to let Expedia cancel my reservation and made sure Expedia followed through on their end. They made accommodations for me that were not even asked of them. Could not have asked for better employees at the front desk during such a stressful time at no fault of the hotel. They deserve a RAISE!

Ac was in need of service and didn't work. The air filter looked like it wasn't cleaned for several years. Ended up moving to a different room at midnight. Didn't get much sleep.
