May 21, 2025 · NickThe bathroom was old and had a smell to it. The housekeeping services had some attitude. We travelled with my 2-year-old and asked for room service daily which we did not get. When I asked the housekeeping both of them said they did not have my room on their list then one of them just showed up an hour later with no hi or nothing, plain and simple attitude. Breakfast was same every day, no change, in fact one of the days they had a school bus of high school student which no one informed the breakfast lady, so she ran out of milk, yogurt, fruit and waffle mix totally and it was only 7:45 am. This hotel definitely needs some management upgrade.
Mar 27, 2025 · Riki AminCame in late and was given a room that was not clean or even ready, stunk like Cigarette smoke out into the hallway there was even an air scrubber still running on the nightstand, drawers all open, doors all open. We went downstairs and asked for a different room and I mentioned I'd like a couch if possible. Was told I would have to pay an upcharge. I suggested that maybe I shouldn't have to pay the upcharge because she had just sent us into a room that was not rentable and she might waive the upcharge (the upcharge was four dollars here. $4.00) She flatly said that was impossible. New room was reasonable but the bed squeaked (springs) badly. The internet was useless, speeds were .57 mbs download and 1.55 upload. Unusable for anything. Insult to injury I left an Invisalign dental device on the bathroom counter by accident and when I called to inquire they knew nothing of it. Very unfortunate experience, the very antithesis of "Hospitality" I do not have this experience (even when things go off the rails) at a Marriott property.

The staff who checked us in were noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which set a bad tone right from the start. Later, we received a text asking how our stay was going. We replied honestly—mentioning we had to leave at 2am due to a broken AC and something unsettling on the sheets—and the only response was “ok.” No acknowledgment, no apology. Just dismissive. Thankfully, Krystal at the front desk was a total superstar. She was kind, understanding, and helped us get a refund and points back from Hilton without hesitation. She’s the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. If management sees this: Krystal deserves recognition. The rest of the team could learn a lot from her.
