Many appreciate the easy check-in process and the convenience of the location relative to dining and entertainment options.
However, it's important to provide an objective view by also incorporating feedback where guests have faced challenges. Some past guest reviews have mentioned issues such as occasional unpleasant room smells, perceived outdated pool areas, and inconsistent water pressure. There have also been reports of noise disturbances, thin walls, and issues with broken ice machines. A notable concern raised by a long-term guest involved a negative encounter with a specific staff member, alleging inappropriate behavior and subsequent unhelpful management response regarding a disputed deposit for room damages. This particular account highlights the importance for guests to document the condition of their room upon arrival and departure, and to communicate any concerns promptly and clearly.
Despite some varied experiences, many guests find the Hampton Village Inn to be a reliable option for their stays in Hampton, particularly valuing the indoor pool, hot tub, free WiFi, and convenient location. Prospective guests are encouraged to consider these aspects when planning their stay, and to directly contact the hotel with any specific questions or needs regarding their visit.

Mar 18, 2025 · Jason MooreJohn was the kind of host you want when you stay anywhere. He’s personable, kind, understanding and a good guy to talk to. I could have spent the evening just chatting with him. Dan took over at 11pm and he was great too. Rooms were clean, inviting and ready to move into. This place is 5/5 for me. Great service, room and reception. Will be back for sure
Nov 05, 2024 · Jeremy TWe had a great weekend here. It was very clean, quiet, and we were able to park under the building in a covered spot so that was nice as well. The front desk gentleman was a wonderful man - very nice! I would stay here again. They had everything we needed and everything is so close!
Sep 23, 2024 · Jennifer WeaverComfortable and clean rooms. Jacuzzi was very relaxing and not crowded. Also, our son inadvertently left his wallet behind in the room. He called the hotel a few hours later. Abbas & Dan made sure it was safe in the office until we arrived to pick it up that later that evening. Five stars from us. We look forward to returning for another stay. - Amber & Evan
Sep 29, 2024 · Evan MazzaferroA place close to the beach, a pool that is usually empty and the maximum depth is 6 feet and has a sauna and jacuzzi. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable and there is space to park. I would go back!! Don't be carried away by the bad comments. and the gentleman at the reservation is a sweetheart
