Jul 26, 2025 · Kachell PhillipsThis hotel has been redone lately and it's a big improvement. The lobby is fantastic and the rooms are fresh. The location next to the airport is great for the quick overnight with an early morning flight the next day. The prices are a little high but the location and new design help ease that pain in the wallet.
Jul 19, 2025 · StewfishQuiet area neighboring the airport. Easy to get to shopping/gas station/ restaurants. Felt safe. Clean all around with friendly staff. Breakfast was as expected for a Holiday Inn, with the exception of instant oatmeal instead of the pot of slow cooked. Exercise room average. The pool/spa was nice but a tad too much chlorine smell that also made our eyes burn a tad. The room was spacious enough with a small chaise lounge chair, a table that pulled out from the desk and a real closet with a door. Would definitely recommend and stay at again.
Apr 21, 2025 · Bluejsong ReynoldsOnly day 1 of being here, but I I can't imagine things changing by the time we leave in 2 days. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, and the kindest lady checked us in (wish I could remember her name). Our room is awesome! Very clean & modern. We're directly across from the pool (yay) and we can't hear a peep from anyone in there. I'll update again at checkout, but we couldn't be happier with everything & everyone, thus far. Definitely looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning.
Jun 28, 2025 · Nancy HarpoldI had family come to your establishment June 2. Everything was fine at first. And then my sister decided she wanted to have her own room a little after midnight. And I’m not sure of the person‘s name working I don’t remember. But they told my sister that it was too late for her to get her room. It should not matter what time it is even if we pay the full price for the room. So you’re trying to tell me if we was to get there after 12 o’clock at night you would not let us get a room after traveling all day. This was uncalled for especially when they told my sister to go sleep in her car and gave her a pillow and a blanket. Do you really think that is safe? The front desk clerk be sleep his name is Tim. I called there to see if he had rooms available just to see what he’d say. Phone rang for good 5-10 minutes sounded like I woke him up. He said no rooms available. My family even said parking lot not even half full. So I went online to see if there was rooms available and sure I here definitely was. So he just didn’t want to be bothered with accommodating my family with another room, even when they were willing to pay full price for the room. And the fact that he told my sister that is in her early 20s here’s a blanket. Go sleep in your car. How is that professional and I see other comments on the reviews with other situations with the same gentleman. My question is why is he still working there? He obviously does not want to do his job and he’s keeping the company from making money because he wants to sleep.
