The stay overall was, a very minimal "ok". I didn't get robbed even though I had the feeling I could have from the poor parking lot lighting. The check-in staff was not friendly at all, and gave off the impression I was interrupting them when I came to check in. The "one" elevator going up to my room was a scary ride, gave off crime scene vibes and smelled really bad. My shower in room 431 leaked. The room had an odor and the overall cleanliness was very subpar. I will not be staying here again. When I used to think of IHG, I think of cleanliness and friendliness. This one stay has altered my thoughts completely. I'd love a refund - but I know I will never get one, because for what I paid to stay there I should not have had any complaints. IHG - you can do so much better than this!

Feb 03, 2025 · Bubally 3My experience was great in all areas. I would definitely recommend Marquis Francis to assist with checking in and making sure you have a great stay. Rooms were relaxing. There’s food to purchase from the bar if you do not feel like going out to get food. Everything is all in one area.
Mar 28, 2025 · Shea HoodI had a wonderful stay. The night receptionist's humor and patience were greatly appreciated! The spacious rooms included a refrigerator and microwave, which were very convenient. Ms. Veronica's assistance with checkout and additional needs was also very helpful. Thank you, Jessica, and the rest of the staff, for your pleasant service and for enrolling us in your discounts and future stay programs. I will certainly use your services again through the IHG app whenever I am in the area.

For 1 of your elevators to already be out of service then the other one goes out whew but glad yall got it fixed in a timely manner.... now they have construction going on at 8 at night. Why couldn't they do it during the day no they wait till 8pm to start construction
Feb 12, 2025 · tica StevensonNEVER AGAIN! I stay at a lot of Ihg and by the pictures, this hotel looks like it should be really nice and pretty new. I have no idea, but this is the worst hotel and it’s way more expensive than it should be. This was terrible. Well, that being said, I do have to say they had a nice breakfast … But….. The elevator look like it could break any second . The rooms had stains and mold, and the carpet was soggy. The AC was leaking. The window was cracked and wind was whistling in and there was just so many issues and they didn’t care at the front desk…. They didn’t even bother to offset the cost of the room because I would’ve paid half that price for a nice room somewhere else so I’m not sure what they’re thinking here because it does not add up…. And they told me they’ll give me a discount if I come back. They have lost their mind. I will never ever stay here again. You couldn’t pay me to stay here.!!!! Even though Ihg replied at the bottom stating that they moved us to a better room for the two night stay, promptly after being made aware is a bold lie! Nobody was moved until the next day and after we had spoke them twice and so reached out to corporate. We should’ve never had to tell the front desk anything because we should’ve never been put in that room to begin with.. since they knew about it. The points will equal out I guess and it was hospitable for them to offer a discount for next time but I don’t need a discount because if I had to work this hard to get hospitality then I’m not gonna trust you for next time and I will go to another hotel. It’s just sad that all of this had to happen, especially since I’m a high rewards member. I should’ve been given one of the renovated rooms and not a disgusting room.
