Great hotel, great location. Staff was super friendly and super helpful. Very clean. My husband and I stayed there to attend the Vampire Fan Weekend Convention, it was a 20 minute drive from Nashville, which was the location of the convention. It's not a super busy area, which I loved. The front desk lady who was there in the evening/night both days we were there was especially nice, I cannot remember her name. Highly recommend this hotel. One thing I will mention is that they do not accept cash deposits. Not sure if that's something hotels don't do anymore, as I rarely stay in hotels, but I thought I'd mention it in case others are not aware.

Jun 21, 2025 · Ally WhiteheadWe stayed here for the weekend and it just was not pleasant! We don’t usually stay in hotels as I do work at a holiday inn and we decided to get one for my daughter’s 14th birthday. We checked in and the room was dirty and dusty, so we immediately went back down to let them know and we were changed rooms. The second room was fine until we woke up the next morning to my daughters bed being wet from a leak in the ceiling and I’m assuming they knew about cause the maintenance guy who was standing at the front desk when I went down to let them know said what room it was coming from before I even stated what room it was. So again we had to pack everything back up and be moved rooms again. So the last room we were in again was just super dusty everywhere! And anyone with severe allergies (my wife is allergic to almost everything) knows that it’s a recipe for disaster. And none of the usb plugs in the entire room worked. And that would be fine if only one person needed to plug something up but when there is 4 people staying in a room with at least 3 things needed to be plugged up you need the extra usb ports! So I brought all this to the managers attention that at that point I just wanted a refund to which I was told no that they can only give me points. Which I stated in the email I sent to the gm, points do me no good when we don’t usually stay in hotels. It was a one time thing for my daughters birthday. I took some pictures but not of everything as we were just trying to get passed it and make the best of what we had to deal with for my girls birthday weekend.
May 05, 2025 · Amy MessickI wanted to be able to give this hotel 5 stars but I had what was hopefully an extremely isolated incident. I arrived late (about midnight). Front desk clerk was nice and welcoming. Check-in was smooth (so I thought). After getting my room key, I go to the room to find there was already someone in the room. Imagine me going into a room expecting it to be empty and also someone being awaken out of their sleep to lights being turned on. That was a horrible experience for me. My only thoughts were, what if the person in the room slept with a gun next to them as my husband often do? What if they were startled and first instinct was to shoot. Which i feel would have been justified. So, needless to say, this was a very frightening experience for me. However, im happy everything worked out for the best. I went back downstairs. The clerk was apologetic and displayed empathy, placed me in another room which was nice, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint from that point was the entire floor had an overbearing bleach smell. I assume from the cleaning supplies they use but once in the room and with the air on, the smell slowly dissipated.
May 13, 2025 · Erica NealWhen I tell you this is hands down, the best hotel and experience I’ve had (after a car accident and being stranded), I mean it. Every single employee was caring, helpful and kind. Every. Single. One. You can tell they are a close team who values a positive work environment and that shows. They all genuinely care for their guests like they’re family, and that meant so much after my family’s accident. So with that, thank you so much and we appreciate you all!!!
Apr 13, 2025 · Kelli MacLoved staying at this hotel! The room was super clean, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the shower water pressure was hard and perfect! Our favorite part was the breakfast though! There were so many options and it was delicious!
