Additionally, the pull-out sofa in our room was inadequate for sleeping. My child had a very uncomfortable night, as every single spring in that mattress was noticeable. Offering rooms with that type of sofa bed does not seem like a cost-effective way to maintain customer satisfaction. Although our issue wasn’t resolved on the first night, we had the opportunity to speak with the manager, Ashley, the following morning. She was not only receptive to our concerns but also eager to improve our accommodations that same day. The way she handled the situation serves as a model for anyone in a management role. She understood our needs and did her best to address them promptly. In the afternoon, we received a call informing us that a new room had been assigned to us. Our children were very happy and finally had a comfortable place to sleep. Although Ashley may not have been aware of the significance of this trip for our family—especially since one of my kids was competing in a state championship the following day—she focused on fulfilling our needs and made every effort to resolve the issue. Mar 18, 2025 · Emilio HernandezThis is our 20 days long stay. Entrance: That welcomes you with a bunch of dead bugs lying down. In these 20 days we have seen, they don't bother to clean those bugs. You can feel the hygiene. Room: Big room with unimaginable tiny bathroom. Bathroom that doesn't lock. Carpenter that came to fix, he was unable to do so. Carpenter himself was disgusted about the quality of the Hilton. The room is so big that they can't manage to have a decent size bathroom with proper door lock. You are accompanied by flies in the room. Housekeeping: The hotel will decide when they will give you service. You can't request them to provide service today. I have been in so many hotels, but I never heard that you can't be in the room while service is going on. My kid is doing online classes, and my husband is in a meeting. You have to leave the room. We are paying $170/night, and still we have to request them for service!! Kitchen: No hot top stove. You have to ask them for an induction stove. That comes with one pan without the lid. Breakfast: Good spread. Happy morning. Pool: Smells bad were water itself is so bad.

That changed with this stay. I worked a 12-hour day before arriving at this hotel. I was pretty dirty from the job/work. All I wanted was a nice hot shower. I was looking forward to it. Cut to getting into the shower in the room and discovering the bottle of soap was filled with water. I don't know what reason housekeeping felt the need to top off what little gel was left in the bottle to stretch the soap, but I was left pretty upset I could not wash up properly after a particularly rough and dirty day on the job. A hotel– a Hilton property(!) using water to stretch the remnants of shower gel is as cheap and lowdown as it gets. I guess from now on I will be staying at the Garden Inn next door or the Home2Suites in Cranberry Township.

She was very friendly and kind. When we asked about a charging station since the one in our room was broke, she offered to let us use her personal charger. She was there every morning of our stay with a smile on her face and a warm greeting. Thank you Tiffany for your hospitality !
