We paid to park at this locations a couple of times, thought that we were safe thought that they actually kept an eye on their parking lot until one day we parked to go to the airport and were notified the next morning that a customer told the front desk staff that all four tires were missing from our car. I asked about cameras and they said they don’t have them on the side of the building. I Remember. I asked about support or reimbursement from their insurance and I was informed that parking is at our own risk and we shouldn’t expect them to accept any responsibility for things that happen on their premises.. Basically their response was that I should have no expectation of being safe or that my property would be safe there, and they accept no responsibility to support or take care of their customers. I highly encourage you to park somewhere else. Avoid this property at all cost because they do not care about their customers and do not accept any responsibility to maintain the safety of their customers on their property and they admittedly told me that they don’t provide any type of security checks or cameras at night, you are completely on your own..

Saturday breakfast service - ran low on food & only one person working it which was not ideal. Monday breakfast was better with more people working. The pillows are too soft making it hard to get restful sleep. Toilet was loose & shower dripped for days after use. When i was staying they were tearing down the building next door. Work starting at 6 am & noisy. Staff i encountered was friendly. They did check the room daily filling towels, clearing trash & making the bed. Overall just an ok stay though.
May 21, 2025 · Becky HMy family has stayed several times now we will find a new place to stay. The room had a smell that was making us cough. we asked for a different room. I was told no, we are booked. Call Hilton for a refund , which we were told because the person at the front desk did not know how to do it, I guess. Hilton customer service was excellent. While on the phone, the front desk person offered the guest in front of us a different room than what they booked. Crazy.... after talking to the manager the next day, I now understand the ignorance of the employees.

Also, the heat did not work at all. Also a lot of water damage so I’m pretty sure there’s mold. Hotel needs updating badly. I was also charged twice in which I spoke to Ali, the manager, on day of check in and was told “he would stop the payment from going through.” He never returned the payment. I spoke to him four days later and he apologized, but still did not return the extra payment. Needless to say, it’s being handled. Also, yes I did show him and the front desk proof of extra take out at that time of check in. As a manager, that is poor service and I actually like this hotel. One mishap will have me not returning to them.
