Dec 17, 2021 · Steve WrightRENTER BEWARE! We booked a cabin from this company, in November, for mid March. We paid half and the remaining balance was due in March. Our whole family was coming together from various places to be together. We paid the balance the beginning of March. Two days before we were to leave they email us to call. We call and they proceed to tell us that the cabin is sold, they don’t’ have another cabin that suits our needs, they will start the process of returning our money. They took our money knowing the property was for sale giving us NO warning. So we have no cabin, our money is tied up until they return it and our plans are ruined. WORST COMPANY EVER. Sandra Florida
Mar 17, 2022 · Sandy AggersIf I could give this cabin -5 stars I would. The owners of this cabin are extremely RUDE and all over terrible. We got a cabin for our family for the week and when we got to this cabin everything seemed fine until the fridge wouldn't cool (we bought over 1,500 worth of groceries that were on the verge of going bad), the hot tubs didn't work (left huge red marks on my brother back from it shooting across), the pool was ICE cold so we couldn't get in. There were rat traps all in the theater room and the couches and chairs in the living room was scratched all over!! Oh and they tried charging us over $4,000 for damages we didn't even do. They sent us pictures of stuff that we had called them about in the beginning that they didn't come fix or see. DO NOT STAY HERE they will charge you for previous families damages. Also, they charge a fee for picking up trash (and do not give an adress on where to take trash if you dont want to pay the fee) and if you need a maintenance guy because something isn't working right, you might see them in 3 days if you are lucky! Needless to say, I will never stay in this cabin again.
Aug 14, 2022 · Michelle HobbsThis was a great choice for us. It has a ton of room and is beautiful. There were some problems with the cabin- home theater dvd not working, blender broken, video game not working, dial stuck on hot tub- but those could be dealt with by the rental company (just wish they would have dealt with them faster so we could have enjoyed the movie room). We were not going to let anything spoil our vacation. The kids liked it so much they kept asking why we needed to leave the cabin and how long it would be each day before we could go back. There is NO view except for trees, so don't expect to see any mountains from your cabin. But you could see the moon and stars from the hot tub at night.
