We assumed, as with the Wyndham hotel we stayed at the night before, that it would be free. Unfortunately, we discovered upon arrival that the charging was not free. I had to sign up for a third-party service I had never heard of, all while standing in the rain and scanning unfamiliar codes on the charger.The next morning, I tried to explain to the manager that we understood “amenity” to mean a service provided at no extra cost. Instead of acknowledging our concern, he repeatedly tried to justify why it was listed under amenities despite the additional cost. I left with the impression that he wasn’t really listening or interested in what I had to say.

Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection. I’d recommend this hotel to couples or solo travelers looking for convenience and comfort.
Jun 06, 2025 · Nalini PemmasaniOne of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and not once was my room cleaned or restocked with basic essentials like towels. From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing and only got worse. There was dog urine on the floor when I first entered the room, and the entire hallway constantly smelled like urine and feces. The hotel allows pets, but there’s clearly no effort to maintain cleanliness. Dogs barked throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get any decent sleep. Trash cans were always overflowing, both inside and outside the building, which only added to the general feeling of neglect. There was no available parking in the lot the entire time I was there—I had to park on the side of the building in an area that didn’t feel safe or monitored. To top it off, I found weed under the bed and a candy wrapper stuffed in the closet storage, which makes me seriously question whether the room was even cleaned before my stay. Overall, this place felt unsanitary, mismanaged, and unwelcoming. I would not recommend it to anyone—especially families or travelers looking for a clean, restful place to stay.
May 20, 2025 · Kyandria NealBeing an airline employee and having seen the inside of many hotels and used many shuttles back-and-forth to the airport, I’m extremely disappointed in the La quinta’s service at this location. The shuttle runs every hour on the half hour and stops at 10:30 PM. So when you’re trying to leave at 11 AM for a normal check out, you have to wait half an hour. This would be fine if there was a long distance back-and-forth to the airport however, this location is within three minutes right outside the airport. On top of the hotel shuttle issues. I’m a crew member and also an employee of an airline. I got in late and I was asking to have a Late check out which I understood is only available if they have rooms that they can give me to do so. I was never told that there was no availability for a late check out. I was only told policy after I asked several questions. Then I was told it would be $30 Per hour after 11. Which might be their policy for a regular customer however I booked under crewel. It just seemed like the front desk. Staff wasn’t very communicative and really did not understand how to satisfy a customer. Instead they just quote policy. With that being said I won’t go there anymore. I will use another hotel. I will alert crewel and I will tell other employees that this La quinta is not conducive for airline employees commuting to work.
