We stayed for spring break, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I had a bit of an issue w my rental and even though they were booked up n couldn't extend my stay Grace the night manager was suoer noice and extended the grace of a late check out which made the world of diffrence. Sometimes just being nice, and emapthetic can make the worlds diffrence. I needed that in that moment, and im greatful I would definitely stay here again.. I do wish they had a 2nd set of elevators but thats minor espically if its warm out..Oh and it was also close to everything..

We were put down at the end by the dumpster (not a good view). We had an early morning wake up call on Monday morning, from the dumpster being emptied. The room was sufficient, but there were several odd features. The shower did not have a door, so water spilled out to the floor. We had to use half of our towels to mop up the water. The front desk said the shower is "European style" but it seems dangerous to have that much water all over the floor (and it's breezy when you're showering). Also, there was only one tiny garbage can in the whole unit. We had to keep bagging up our trash with bags from home and throw it in trash cans down the hall by the elevator. The toilet did not flush properly. Had to push the handle several times for it to flush. The front desk staff were very stand-off ish, not very friendly (front desk is only open during the hours of 7-10, not 24 hrs like most hotels). Pool was decent. The parking lot didn't seem quite big enough. The walls are paper thin, we could definitely hear people beside of us and above us. It's just very bare bones. It looked more luxurious online. I was happy that the mattress looked new and clean, as well as the linens.

Very clean. Private area. Close to but not in the hustle of Pigeon Forge. Great communication with staff. Two things, if you have children - the interior doors are heavy and close very hard. The bedroom on the front is never dark at night. The security lights shine in. Wasn’t a fan of those two things.

Beautiful rooms in an excellent location for visiting pigeon forge. There was plenty of parking and felt very safe. No fancy views, unfortunately, but you can go driving or hiking if you wana see the area! Don't do a Hilton Timeshare presentation. They lie. Do your research if you do attend one. Walk away and think about what was said before buying.
