My daughter got stuck in Atlanta because of a bus layover i live in SC and he made sure to help my daughter and went over and beyond to help was very nice even spoke to me on the phone to assure me that my daughter made it safe. Whom ever reads these reviews and checks them please recognize this man for extreeme great service. If anyone is a parent they know the childs well shes adult but still my child there safety is a priority and this man gave one mom a peace of mind. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I threw away my brand new pizza that was just delivered because who knows is it or any others have crawled in my box! I spoke to the front desk manager and was never recouped for the pizza that I had to toss out nor was I given anything but a room change. I will NEVER be back to that roach motel again and you shouldn’t either.

Mandy the gm and Mr Johnny the front desk clerk made a bad situation better nothing they did but they made sure me an my brother was able to check in had to use his those z people deserve a raise it very hard to get great customer service anymore by the time we walked out to go to the room we was a laughing they was the friendliest people I have seen in the hotel business I'll definitely be back don't know when but I have save the address and number in my phone
