Unit was dirty, sandy floors, mold in shower, broken tub, dirty microwave, disgusting ac filter in corner of pool all week, tripping hazard on pool deck. Parking is always an issue. I’d get rid of it if I knew how.

Other than some sand on the floor, the unit was clean. It could use some renovations, but they're not in dire need. The location is less than a block from the beach and there are several good restaurants nearby. The staff was efficient, not particularly friendly, but not rude.

Ocean Club has been in consistent decline. It is poorly mismanaged. The staff are rude and provide not even the least hospitable or welcoming demeanor that you would find at maybe a roadside motel. Everything in the rooms is outdated and rooms are not as advertised basic things like clean linens are a sought after luxury in this establishment. Pro’s are there is a decent indoor heated pool on site. Location is within walking distance to a beautiful beach and very nice restaurant on the water the Andrea. Easy drive into town. Do not come here and expect the comforts of home because you won’t find any and the staff will not provide it for you. I bought a timeshare here 18 years ago and over the last 10 years has fallen into decay. I have a family now and my kids have grown older, I cannot morally encourage anyone to stay here. I will give this time share away it’s literally the worst I have ever stayed in globally.

And the facility offers day passes for owners not staying there. Therefore when we came back from a day trip we had to wait for 30 minutes for someone with a day pass to return. Management couldn't care less. And no there isn't an overflow lot. Your on your own.
