We stayed here last year and booked again this year. We were happy with the rooms and location. I get a voicemail that they are moving us to the hotel next door which is their sister hotel. I tried calling back for two days and nobody would answer the phones. I finally looked up the phone number to the hotel next door and found out they moved us because a large group reserved the entire hotel so we had to move. It irks me that no matter if you have a reservation, they can just up and move you without talking to me about it first. I do have dogs which the new hotel does not allow dogs but will honor our pets this one time. Our trip isn’t until September so we will see and hope we don’t have any problems checking in. I’m still waiting for them to email me a confirmation email of our new room.

Close to a lot of great spots, and nice rooms. Very affordable!! Beds are very nice, but the pillows are very soft and flatten quickly, but the bedding as a whole stays cool at night, great for hot sleepers. The air conditioning is amazing as well. The toilet and sink are a little bit low to the floor, for reference, I am 5'9 and it was just a little too low for me, but not unmanageable. The shower head is a bit low as well, anyone over 5'11 may be a bit too tall for it. The provided soaps are very nice, high quality stuff. They share a pool with the hotel next door, and you can get a breakfast buffet next door although that is not included, you have to pay for it separately.

The location was good—it’s really close to a lot of beaches—and the guy who checked us in at the front desk was nice but that’s kind of the end of the good qualities. Our room stank like mildew the entire time, it was full of spiders and spiderwebs, the exceptionally loud air conditioner barely worked, and there were gross stains on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Also, the wifi did not work and the bathroom light did not work. Actually, none of the light switches worked properly, we had to unplug the lights to go to bed. There were also extension cords everywhere, which didn’t seem particularly safe. Not to mention the bathroom did not appear like it’d been cleaned in a while. I didn’t give 1 star because we at least had a roof over our heads and, hopefully, we didn’t catch anything. It wasn’t really worth the price at all, to be honest.

I used to stay here while visiting cape cod in the summer but now they rent it out to international workers. The only other option is the more expensive four points next store which is their sister hotel. The location is perfect on the bike path to coast guard beach, nauset light and wellfleet. The rooms are old and outdated.

The Beds were comfy to sleep, Rooms were dirty, room full of spiders my friend got bit and other friend left cause a spider landed on his face at 3am, Bathrooms were slippery and walls were slippery/slimy from soap scum and cobwebs everywhere, plus spiders in the towels. Junk under the beds, trash in drawers and stains on blankets. Maintenance knocked on door about 90 min before checkout. There was no handicap access, no bar when said there was. Other stuff that wernt there as advertised. If you stay there, confirm if there really is stuff they say they have. Location was only good thing. I give this place a 1.5 out of 5 star rating.
