Would NEVER stay here again. The so called Banquet room has the potential to be beautiful but it's definitely not that. All the live plants were dead. The carpeting in the whole place is absolutely filthy. The carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms is filthy, stained and torn.Holes in the walls in the hallway. The grounds outside are not maintained and very littered with all kinds of debris. Our room with King bed was not at all like the pictures. There was only 2 small throw pillows on the bed and we had to ask for more actual pillows. Bathroom had 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 2 people staying 2 nights. The room itself was large but definitely needs updating. Holes in the wall, etc etc etc. Nasty place. They say "pet friendly" but they are not. The microwave in the room was full of rust. I could go on and on. Place should be shut down. A "Choice" hotel??? Definitely NOT. Walking through the filthy nasty hallways felt like I was in s Stephen King movie..or a prison. Although I think a prison would be better maintained. Staff here were not friendly. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

Was with a group of over a hundred, a few people had decent experiences but most of us did not. Obviously outdated, but the problem is the cleanliness. First room propped the door open to try and air it out, but ultimately couldn't deal with the smell. They gave us another room which was far worse, the smell was more intense and the floor was unacceptable with multiple large stains. The front desk area tells you everything, but I'm not afraid of a cheap hotel as long as it doesn't smell putrid and give you the sensation of things crawling all over you. They were unable to refund our booking, but luckily was able to find a room down the street. Id rather have slept in the car.

The rooms and hallways are disgusting. The room i stayed in had no microwave the fridge didnt work the curtains did not close all the way. As well as brown streaks on all the walls and holes in the walls. And the front desk wouldn't put me in a different room. As dar as the breakfast theres no coffee it doesnt work a guy said its been broke the month hes been here the "food" they made was so undercooked it may as well been in the ground still. Do not stay here

Absolute garbage! It smelt horrible in the room, you couldn't plug in the microwave or coffee maker Also anybody that stays there please double check your cards because they double charged me instead of refunding me back my money so they charged me $224 for one room with a king size bed and I found a different place to stay at and the lady was supposed to remind me and it said she debited my account and I called my bank to make sure that it was being refunded and I put it on speaker and they said no she did not refund it she debited my account and then she got all right in the face and she's like no I didn't it's reimbursed back it's right on my screen I said no you give it to my account so my bank had to go through a whole big thing and make sure that I was reimbursed back so these guys are junk they're trash do not stay there I came there for my aunt passing away from cervical cancer and they caused me nothing but problems after problems they give you two tiny little pillows and the pillows were stained yellow the toilet was nasty there was hair all over the floor like it was absolutely broke if I could give it a zero star I would and I went and stayed at the super 8 hotel and I tell you what it was the absolutely most beautiful room I've ever stated this place needs to be shut down or ocean needs to go through and verify that their carpets are clean that their rooms are sufficient enough and even their TVs are so old you can't even watch like Netflix or Amazon prime or anything you have like five or six channels you can watch seriously stay away from this place and then the windows you can't even like shut and lock them because they're broke and anybody could break into your room and then when we were sleeping there was a guy and a chick standing outside of our room most of the night like listening to see what we're doing when I had four kids and my husband and myself and then all the sudden my husband looks through the people and was like what the heck and this was at like 2:00 in the morning and then it was happening at 3:00 and then at 4:00 and then at 5:00 and then at 6:00 then 7:00 instead of seeing if we wanted to stay another night they booked the room for somebody else and it was literally just an absolute disaster but they were standing outside of her room listening and then all of a sudden the vacuum started running like why are you running the vacuum and the middle of the night when people should be sleeping seriously stay away from here!!

Terrible experience, 1st off the outside is ran down and dirty. Walked into the lobby and I should have known better. Dirty, run down and smelled horrible. We were in town for a race and booked the hotel off as it was listed as a "host" hotel. We got out room and instantly the smell was overpowering. Went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. 2nd room smelled even worse and had a ton of massive stains on the floor. Front desk refused to refund the stay. Ended up going to another hotel close by that was exceptional. Stay far away this is a private owned facility that uses the quality inn/choice hotels name to fool people from out of town.
