I was hesitant to stay at this hotel because the Google reviews were right around four stars. However, it was after 11 PM at night and this was the only hotel option. We gave it a chance. I was very delighted that I did! The late night receptionist, Tina, was Incredibly kind and patient with me as I was trying to book the cheapest room online. I kept apologizing for taking so long with the online travel site and she just smiled and graciously told me to take my time. For some reason, there were three couples trying to check in all at the same time, all around 11:30 PM. She was equally kind and calm with everyone despite the rising tensions of tired people wanting to get to bed. (Thank you again Tina!!) Other things that were great about this hotel include a very attentive breakfast attendant and clean, updated rooms. Pillows were great. Mattress was comfy. The only downside was the bathrooms were a little bit small. We would definitely stay here again.

Good stay for $100 a night (taxes included). Overall room, bath and bedding were clean. Floors could have a little cleaner. Good for a 1 night stay Room was a little outdated but not bad. Breakfast was ok. Ran out of food (eggs, sausage and pastries). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean. Only weird thing was for many of the room you had to walk through the pool area to get to front desk and dinning room. Parking was right because of oversized vehicles and trailers. A lot of people walking around parking lot but no issues. There was a cop talking to people in the morning but not sure what was happening. Overall not bad.

The location was great, quick off and on the highway. That's where it went downhill for us. First the positive; the front desk was helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the tv didn't work, the refrigerator had the previous guest's breakfast and melted ice cream inside. The breakfast sausage was cold, the apple juice was concentrate, not juice, and the coffee button didn't work right so we had to push it dozens of times to get half a cup of coffee. We wanted something simple, but we expected a little better from the ratings. Hopefully it was just one bad day and better days are ahead but I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel was a decent stay, but not anything amazing. We got a room by the hotel and it was quite humid inside the room since it was right next to it the pool indoors. And the hotel itself has kind of confusing layout. But otherwise, it was a decent stay overall and good for the price. It's about a 15-20 minute drive from Wisconsin Dells.

The front desk was rude and unprofessional. The place was absolutely filthy and they take advantage of being close to the interstate by over charging for the room. Definitely not worth the money. The place must be really old, it smells and when anyone walks down the hall, it's like the whole place is made of wood because you hear EVERYTHING! Oh, the photos attached, that was the bedspread, I'll leave it to your imagination as to what it is. 🤢🤢
