I wanted to get a room for 8 days for my girlfriend and I. Her first time in America (was long distance for a while). Called the front desk and got lip instead of service from the very poor audio quality. I wanted to see if they could possibly do something a little extra for the special occasion. Maybe something cute for someone's first time in America. I couldn't make out everything but it was very hostile out of no where. Also, just imagine if you were a person who couldn't hear well being told: "Don't you see? You are the problem. So yes I am hanging up. There is no point in us talking. I'm hanging up" in a tone that implied he was angry for me even talking to them! Like I was wasting their time. The quality with the call center beforehand had better quality than the location. The location's was awful. I called back and they they hung up on me again after I asked "Did you hang up on me??" because I was so baffled. Insane.

Absolutely horrible service from management!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!! This is a very sketchy hotel. I would not recommend coming here with children. If you’re wanting to do drugs and need a place to hide out from your wife. This is definitely the place. I repeat very sketchy the older Indian guy that works at the front desk. Definitely needs training on how to treat people. You can definitely tell this is a privately owned red roof Inn.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in! Our first room had hair all in the bed pillows and blanket, old yellow stained pillow case under the fitted, went down got the room changed to across the hall room 215. I can’t say this was much better. The doors and walls in the bathroom was nasty the counter had stuff on it the floors where absolutely filthy. It smelt like an old smokers house with air fresh to cover it up nothing to sit on except a rolling chair and the bed. The ceiling had a hole with wires incoming out of it the remote was broken. The air conditioner looked like it had mold growing inside of it. There was no apology for the nasty room he just looked at me shocked he did give me a change of sheets and that’s when I found the old pillow case under the fitted sheet I would have went to a different hotel but I was 2 in the morning and had already paid for this one 0.0 stars ⭐️

My stay was absolutely perfect until it was time to check out an time for her to return my deposit . Sandy refused to give me. My deposit back the only reason she could give me was because I cleaned my room . I lost everything in hurricane Helene and FEMA was paying for my stay until the last week I paid for in one week which was 96.00 a night an . FEMA does not pay for maid service so I was accustomed to cleaning my own room which I'm grown an should. Anyway the rules of getting your deposit is no smoking an no stealing an when you check out they would return your $40 . Wrong Sandy informed me that because I cleaned my room she would not. Return my money .which is illegal because we had a oral an written agreement that said when I checked out she would return my deposit if I did not smoke in my room an if I didn't steal . I do not smoke nor do I steal . She threaten to call the police on me I wish she had because I promise she would have went to jail for breach of trust. I'm not to certain that I will not pursue this until all avenues have been exhausted. It's the principal it's the fact that I have already lost everything due to Helene an now she has the audacity to steal from me . The way she spoke to me . Unreal.
