Horrible experience. If I could give 0 starts I would. The facility has a no smoking policy. When we arrived to the room the room had a strong cigar smell. We asked the concierge if the room could be changed and they stated it was all booked but Expedia will return our money. When contacting Expedia they tried to help and reached out to the owner however they refused to give us back our money. We went back to the property to speak to someone and they again just refused to give us back our money when the inconvenience was theirs. A total of $460 lost, plus the cost we had to rent the hotel next to theirs. Absolutely horrible.

Feb 02, 2025 · Nunya BiznessOn 10/30/2024, I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights for the 2025 Louder Than Life festival through Hotels.com. The website claimed that I can reserve now and pay at check in. I have used this feature several times in the past with no issues. However, on 12/20/2024, I was charged for 1 of the 4 nights for each room (2 nights total). This was done without warning and just days before Christmas. This is a HORRIBLE practice and this company should be sued for emotional mental anguish damages and fraudulent advertising. I will NEVER stay at this Sleep Inn and I hope my expierence keeps people away from this establishments shady practices.

Carpet had a huge stain in the middle of the room and the room was just barely large enough for two full beds. Very tight. They served a decent hot breakfast. They had choices of coffee or hot tea. They could provide hot chocolate.
