We didn't stay here our kids did. We visited a couple times for dinner. As most cabins in TN it wasn't great. The beds were very hard, the furniture was dated, the fire pit was broken, I had to bend the legs back to use it. The worst part was the water, it had a very high sulfur content which discolored the toilets and showers a orange hue. The kids struggled to get a decent shower due to the rotten egg smell. I don't understand why mitigation efforts are not taken to help relieve at least some of the sulfur problems? The hot tub as others have mentioned was not cleaned well. They did call about it and they came out to clean and refill it which was good. My wife and I gave up on cabins in TN due to the constant poor conditions of them. For what they cost for a week, these cabins should be pristine. They are not. We just bring our RV with us now. So much better.

These types of properties are predominantly found in scenic vacation destinations known for romantic or secluded getaways, with a prominent "Snuggled Inn" often referenced in the Great Smoky Mountains region, near popular tourist centers like Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Typically nestled within a quiet, wooded area, the cabin offers a significant degree of privacy and a tranquil atmosphere. Guests can expect to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains, with the soothing sounds of the forest as a backdrop. The design aesthetic is usually one of rustic charm combined with warm, inviting touches, creating an immediate sense of comfort and home. Interiors often feature natural wood accents, comfortable furnishings, and a decor that enhances the cozy, intimate feel. The cabin is meticulously cleaned, sanitized, and prepared before each guest's arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment. A fundamental service offering is a fully equipped kitchen. This is a significant advantage, allowing guests the freedom to prepare their own romantic meals or simple snacks, which can lead to substantial cost savings and provide the flexibility to dine in. The kitchen typically includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker (often both drip and Keurig), toaster, and a full complement of dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is universally available, enabling guests to stay connected, stream entertainment, or even work remotely if needed. While daily maid service is not provided (to maintain guest privacy and the affordability of the rental), initial starter supplies of toiletries (soap, shampoo), paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), and basic cleaning essentials are generally included. Property managers are usually available by phone or message to provide assistance, answer questions, or address any minor issues that may arise during the stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Oct 02, 2023 · Ken ThomasOk place. Stayed for a week with our family of 2 teens, two adults, and two small dogs. Ample room for a cabin. Never felt cramped. Three beds when we stayed: 1 Queen sized in main bedroom, a queen in the loft, a twin in the loft. The couch in the main room also had a pullout bed which we never opened. Decent wifi once we got a password problem resolved. Furnishings were a bit dated but in good condition. Place was clean, and no doggy, mold, mildew, or dirt smells. Water quality at the cabin was awful - high iron content and rust smell. No evidence of any water filtration. This affected ability to use the cabin's hot tub. When first tried to use it, the water turned murky and every surface was coated in something that might have been red algae. Requested the management company to clean it, but when we checked the next day, the condition was unchanged. Took pictures of the hot tub's condition to the management office and they promised to replace the water. Checked the next day and water was yellow and the sides and bottom were still dirty. At that point we gave up on trying to use it. At no time was there any chlorine smell or signs of chlorine treatment. There wasn't any way for us to brush the surfaces either. Appliances generally functional, however dryer has a bad door switch and took a long time to dry clothes. Suspect the vent pipe is clogged. No problems with dishwasher. Some of the flatware appeared to have been put away dirty or wet but we just reran them the day we arrived. Area was very quiet, but not a good place for seeing wildlife. Access in and out and to the attractions around GSMNP was good. Per an earlier comment re spiderwebs, there were a couple that were missed by cleaning- one on the bathroom ceiling and one near the peak of the very very high vaulted ceiling in the main room.
Aug 25, 2021 · Randy AllenOur cabin in the Smokey's for our anniversary! It was beautiful. I would stay again. But would recommend housekeeping do a better job at cleaning the deck and hot tub area. There was A LOT of spider webs.
