I am only giving this hotel 2 stars because of the location. My boyfriend and I were expecting this hotel to be nicer and cleaner than it was. First off, when we checked in the woman at the front desk didn’t even mention anything about breakfast or what the hotel had to offer such as the gym and pool. All hotels we have been to let us know where their amenities are. She seemed to rush the check in and when we asked about parking she gave us a parking pass for Packer Game day parking…confusing because it isn’t even football season. She told me that she could waive the parking fees, but I was still charged for parking. This hotel seems to add on charges and hope you don’t notice..so make sure you check your invoice and bank. For the room.. there were many ants in the bathroom. Most of the light switches didn’t work. The couch and floor seemed really filthy. I will say the bed was comfortable. We normally go with Hilton and we will continue to do so after this stay.

May 28, 2025 · Katie RichmondThe front desk staff were friendly and polite, but often seemed more focused on their phones than on guests. The rooms themselves were clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. One downside was the parking situation—there's an additional charge, but the lot isn’t secured, so it's unclear what exactly you're paying for in that regard. Also, the back entrance locks after 10 PM and your room key won’t get you in, which raises some safety concerns and creates inconvenience for late-night returns. On the upside, the location is great. There’s a brewery right across the street and a bar and grill next door, which is nice if you want alternatives to the hotel’s bar. Especially since the hotel bar charges extra just for having an open container. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with clean rooms and a good location, but a few policy and service issues keep it from being a top-tier experience.
May 12, 2025 · Tommy LeeGreat location. The hotel is in good condition. The rooms could use a little updating to remove the wear and tear. Breakfast buffet is small and so-so for the hot foods. Can’t go wrong with bread, bagels, and cereal! Microwave and refrigerator were not mounted correctly and wobbled. When we moved the fridge, the microwave would power off.
May 27, 2025 · scott skurdalsvoldOur room was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was fresh and soft and the climate control worked perfectly. Whoever cleaned our room did a wonderful job. On our first night, the fire alarm went off at 2 am which was very frightening for our 2 children. The ear-piercing sound and flashing lights made us all jump out of our skin! We had to call down to the front desk to be told it was a false alarm, with no further explanation. Our night of sleep was ruined as it was hard to go back to sleep afterwards. Breakfast the next morning was unpleasant due to the woman attendant acting hostile and talking to herself. She clearly did not enjoy her job and everyone was made to feel uncomfortable. We had fun in the pool area, although we had to ask to have maintenance remove debris from the pool including a large ball of hair. We paid a very high weekend rate and didn't have the best experience. We usually love this hotel so it was a bummer.
Feb 03, 2025 · Austen GollonWe have stayed here a few times. Clean rooms. Pool is smaller but nice. We used the workout room. Good sized. Quiet for the times we've stayed. Breakfast is pretty good. Had a great bartender that made the best long island with muddled lime. We will be back.
