Breathtaking view!! And Although it was big and had enough space for our wedding guests. The cabin was dirty, our feet were black from the floor, webs everywhere, trash under one of the beds, the water was only luke warm, and when taking a shower in the upper shower it had leaked throughout the floor all the way to the basement causing a big disruption at 2am. I honestly don’t think it was worth the money.
For those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" that can accommodate large groups and offer an unparalleled scenic backdrop in the Great Smoky Mountains, Summit Oasis #76 in Sevierville, TN, presents a compelling option. The environment surrounding Summit Oasis #76 is undeniably its most striking feature. Guests consistently rave about the "breathtaking view!!" and "absolutely stunning views off 2 decks." Perched high in the mountains, the cabin offers panoramic southern views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, providing a picturesque backdrop for sunrises and sunsets. The sense of being elevated amidst the natural beauty contributes to a feeling of peace and seclusion, despite being part of a larger community. The remote location enhances the solitude, allowing guests to truly immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Smokies. However, it's worth noting that due to this remote setting, the Wi-Fi in the area can be unstable, which might affect activities like downloading, streaming, or video conferencing. The overall atmosphere is one of serene mountain grandeur, making it an ideal escape for those seeking quiet relaxation combined with spectacular scenery.
The services at Summit Oasis #76, managed by professional rental companies like Natural Retreats, aim to provide a comfortable stay for large groups. While some past reviews have noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance (e.g., "the cabin was dirty, our feet were black from the floor, webs everywhere, trash under one of the beds," "the water was only lukewarm," and a shower leak causing "a big disruption at 2 am"), other, more recent reviews indicate improvement, with guests praising the cabin as "clean & absolutely stunning" and highlighting that "Natural retreats communicated amazing during our stay." This suggests that the management is responsive and working to address concerns. Guests can typically expect a streamlined check-in process, often involving keyless entry. The management is described as "friendly and helpful," and in instances of broken appliances like a coffee pot or projector bulb, they have reportedly provided replacements or fixes, though sometimes with a delay. Adequate kitchen and bath supplies (e.g., small dish soap, dishwasher packets, towels, bedding) are generally provided. Communication with the property manager is typically facilitated through phone or the booking platform.
Summit Oasis #76 is designed with spaciousness and group accommodation in mind. It features six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, and can comfortably sleep up to twenty-four guests. Sleeping arrangements typically include three king-sized beds, two queen beds, two queen bunk beds, and three queen sleeper sofas, providing diverse options for large families or multiple couples. All bedrooms are equipped with private baths and televisions, with some offering direct deck access. The kitchen is "well stocked with cooking stuff," featuring a full array of appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) and often two eight-person dining tables with additional island seating, making it suitable for preparing large group meals. The living room is spacious, featuring a fireplace (often gas) and a large TV. The cabin's layout across multiple levels offers ample space for guests to spread out and enjoy privacy.
The features and amenities at Summit Oasis #76 are extensive, catering to a variety of entertainment preferences. A major draw is the dedicated "theater room," complete with movie-style seating and a projector for an immersive cinematic experience, though one reviewer noted it felt more like a game room with arcade games and a pool table rather than a traditional theater. The game room itself often includes a pool table, wet bar, and arcade games, ensuring plenty of indoor fun. Outdoors, the "two expansive decks" are a highlight, furnished with rocking chairs and offering stunning views. A private hot tub provides a relaxing spot to soak while enjoying the scenery. The cabin also includes a washer and dryer for guest convenience. For outdoor cooking, there's typically a charcoal or propane grill available. Guests also have access to a seasonal community swimming pool, which can be a valuable addition during warmer months. As an added benefit, booking through certain platforms like Natural Retreats may include free admission to popular Smoky Mountain attractions through programs like Xplorie, which provides one free adult admission ticket per night stay to attractions such as Dollywood, WonderWorks, and Ripley's Aquarium, significantly enhancing the value of the stay.
Promotional information for Summit Oasis #76 is primarily disseminated through various online travel agencies (OTAs) like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and the websites of property management companies that handle the rental. These platforms often showcase the cabin's capacity, impressive views, and a list of amenities. Specific discounts, such as those for extended stays, off-peak seasons, or last-minute bookings, may be available and are best checked directly on these booking sites. The inclusion of free attraction tickets via Xplorie is a common and attractive promotion for many high-end cabin rentals in the Smokies, adding significant value for guests. Despite the mixed feedback regarding maintenance, the cabin generally maintains high ratings for its location, facilities, and overall value on various platforms. The repeat bookings, as evidenced by one reviewer who has "rented this cabin twice now" and "just love it," underscore its appeal for many. For those planning a large gathering, such as a family reunion or a wedding group, Summit Oasis #76 offers the space, amenities, and, most importantly, the breathtaking views that create unforgettable Smoky Mountain memories, making it a strong contender for those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" with a focus on group luxury and scenic beauty.

Sep 11, 2023 · Brooke ViengmanyAbsolutely stunning views off 2 decks. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking stuff. Enjoyed the theater room and hot tub. Have rented this cabin twice now. Just love it!
Apr 18, 2023 · Tammy PattonGreat Location, Beautiful Property, however the cabin is not maintained. It was dirty, cob webs and spider webs everywhere. The massive interior windows had rodent droppings on the frames. Dishwasher was broken and had been zipped tied as a band aide. The master bath tub had a leak so it would leak into the kitchen below when you used the shower. And finally the washer and dryer didn’t work. We made the best of it but for the money we paid it was way below standards.
