As a last resort we chose to stay at super 8, we were very hesitant but it was convenient, near a lot and had rooms available. When you walk in, it looked very nice, floors were beautiful and the check in process was very smooth; quick and easy! We got to the rooms, everything was fine, we did our cleaning as we always do and began our trip. The first night was fine, the second night, my sister went to use the restroom in the middle of the night and woke me up to show me 3 roaches in the shower! They were also on the bathroom sink and the nightstands. We didn’t see anyone at the front desk, but safe to say we didn’t stay any longer, we were exhausted and agreed we would never be back!

Jun 18, 2025 · Lex OliverUpon arriving I was sent a text to check in, I completed the process signing at the end. I approach the counter, let the working know I have a reservation and have done the check in process. He let's me know he is having computer issues to please give him a few moments. There are already a few families in front of us so we wait. About twenty minutes later I was motioned to return to the counter. He asked my name, asked for ID, asked how I would be paying ect...when I told him I had already completed the check in process he told me he still needed everything. I provided everything and waited. I probably waited five minutes and still wasn't checked in. He said sorry I am still having computer issues and can not print the check in form. I told him again that I signed it during my online check in but he didn't seem to care. From arriving at the property to check in was nearly 40 minutes. I got my room keys and went into my room. When we closed the door we noticed a large hole where the door handle had been pushed into the wall. I took a photo and went downstairs to inform the worker, his comment was "its okay you're good". I returned to the room only to notice it definitely did not meet my expectations! As someone who travels daily and stays in rooms 3-5x a week this room was extremely small, had a horrible lay out and no desk. I was disappointed that a queen bed only had two pillows but had already brought ours upstairs as again, we travel often. Mattress was comfortable tho the metal frame creacked with every movement. Could hear the people talking in the rooms next door, definitely not the "quiet room" I requested. Toliet is very low to the floor and the towel rack at head level on the side wall, definitely would have placed that over the toliet not where someone could potentially hit their head. The toliet paper holder was on the same wall as the toliet making it a bit difficult to reach. After a shower I noticed the hairdryer was behind the microwave/refrigerator and had to move the coffee pot/coffee to stretch the cord. Again, a poor design making functionality a missed opportunity. No desk, chair, iron or ironing board even tho the website lists one under room details. There is also not a nightstand with electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. As we finished our stay and came down the elevator we walked past the front desk to check breakfast, no desk worker was present. Breakfast options were sausage biscuit, waffle, cold cereal (Honey Nut Cheerios listed as "Cheerios") and pastries. The drink options were coffee, juice and milk. We grabbed a quick bite and went back to the front counter where it looked like the worker was sitting on a low chair or stool, not visible unless standing at the counter. When I approached the worker stood up but had earbuds in and did not speak a word as I handed in my keys. Lobby entrance, seating area and work station is all well equipped and pleasing to the eye. However, whomever is cleaning needs to clear the cobwebs near the steps and along the wall edges. Exterior entrance was clean and property grounds appear to be well maintained. All in all, I feel disappointed in my stay and would likely look at other accommodations in the area before returning to this location. As a rewards member, Wyndham was contacted directly with my concerns.
May 25, 2025 · Elizabeth KibbyThe first room that I received had a dead stink bugs and cockroaches near the window, there was a hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector was supposed to be, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. I requested a second room, and that room had slightly less dead bugs in it, but I still found a few, there was still a hole in the ceiling where the smoke detector is supposed to be, there is no ventilation in the bathroom, the walls throughout the room were filthy, and the carpet was so dirty and tacky feeling we would not let our bare feet touch it. I’ve been in New York City subways that are cleaner than this hotel.
May 06, 2025 · Erin PittmanNice spacious clean room and hotel. Affordable prices. The breakfast is pretty decent. It would be nice if they had some protein like sausage, bacon, ham, even eggs. Definitely would stay here again
Jan 29, 2025 · KT TREASURES - TimRooms are tiny with no room to walk around. No desk. Walls are paper thin, you hear every conversation around you. You are better off sleeping in your car.
