This is 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The ppl that lives and runs it were so very rude to my whole family. The woman was just rude and bc a friend came to take my daughter to the lake they told us we couldn't stay anymore. The rooms had a nice tv but the room wasn't clean good mine or my daughter's room. The bathroom tube in my daughter's room had black stuff all over it like a toilet they both had roaches, the dressers didn't have drawers and only 2 coat hangers and for the week we had to stay they never came to clean the room or change the sheets we had to take our own trash out and ask the cleaning lady for new bags for the small trash cans and I was told if I came in the evening to get clean towels I'd have to wait till the next day. If I could give negative stars I would. These ppl shouldn't be able to run a hotel bc someone in their family from another country let them so they could come to the US. They are so very mean and disrespectful. You would be better off getting a tent and camping for the week than staying here.

It's important to provide a factual and comprehensive overview, and based on recent customer reviews, the Super Stay Plus has received some very strong feedback. One guest expressed significant dissatisfaction, stating, "This is 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The ppl that lives and runs it were so very rude to my whole family. They are so very mean and disrespectful. You would be better off getting a tent and camping for the week than staying here."
Another review echoed similar concerns: "We stayed here a week and was kicked out because our mom and sister, who was staying in another room, had a visitor. So God forbid you have anyone other than who is in that room even pull into their parking lot. At no time during the day is it allowed. They will treat you like you're a child living in there house. They are rude, disrespectful, invasive. The bathrooms are dirty and there's roaches."
These reviews highlight serious issues regarding cleanliness, pest control, customer service, and guest policies. While the hotel states it aims to provide comfortable stays, potential guests, particularly those from Tennessee accustomed to Southern hospitality, should be aware of these reported experiences. It is always advisable to weigh all available information and perhaps consider contacting the hotel directly with specific questions about their policies and current conditions before making a reservation. As an independently operated hotel, Super Stay Plus in Morristown may not frequently advertise large-scale, brand-wide promotions as major hotel chains do. However, budget-friendly hotels often provide value through competitive everyday rates and specific offers that cater to their clientele.
Competitive Daily Rates: The primary "promotion" of Super Stay Plus is often its generally lower nightly rates compared to larger, higher-tier hotels in the area, aiming to provide an economical option for travelers.
Weekly and Extended Stay Rates: Given that the hotel promotes "Weekly Room Stay" and "Extended Room Stay" options, it is highly likely that they offer discounted rates for longer bookings. If you plan to stay for multiple nights or a week, it is advisable to inquire about these specific rates, as they can represent significant savings.
Direct Booking Inquiry: For the most current pricing and any potential unadvertised specials, your best approach is to call the hotel directly. Sometimes, independent hotels offer better rates or flexibility for guests who book directly rather than through third-party online travel agencies, as it saves them commission fees.
Seasonal or Local Event Pricing: While not a consistent promotion, like many hotels, prices may fluctuate based on local demand, seasonality, or major events in Morristown. Traveling during off-peak times might result in lower rates. You can inquire about special rates if you are visiting for a specific local event.
To determine if Super Stay Plus has any current special offers or advantageous rates for your specific travel dates and length of stay, the most reliable method is to contact them by phone.

For Tennessee residents considering Super Stay Plus in Morristown, it's crucial to approach this lodging option with a full understanding of recent guest experiences. While the hotel aims to offer a budget-friendly and conveniently located place to stay on a major highway, the provided customer reviews highlight significant concerns that local users should be aware of.
The concept of a "super stay" might imply a comfortable and hassle-free experience, but the feedback from past guests regarding issues such as rude staff, uncleaned rooms, pest problems (roaches), lack of basic amenities like hangers and drawers, and inconsistent daily housekeeping, raises important questions. The strict and reportedly "disrespectful" policies regarding visitors, leading to guests being "kicked out," are also a major point of concern. For Tennesseans who value Southern hospitality and a welcoming environment, these reported experiences stand in stark contrast to expectations.
While the hotel's highlights include its economical pricing and pet-friendly policy, which could appeal to some budget-conscious travelers with animals, the detailed negative accounts suggest that potential savings might come at a cost to comfort and peace of mind. The ability to do weekly or extended stays is a notable feature, but again, the reported issues with cleanliness and service over a longer period should be carefully considered.
For a local traveler seeking a convenient stop in Morristown, especially those needing to access the major highway, Super Stay Plus's location on Andrew Johnson Highway offers direct access. However, for a truly comfortable and welcoming experience that aligns with the hospitality often found throughout our state, it would be highly advisable for any Tennessee resident to thoroughly investigate current conditions, perhaps by contacting the hotel directly with specific questions derived from these reviews, or to explore alternative lodging options in Morristown that have more consistently positive guest feedback. Your well-being and satisfaction during your travels in Tennessee are paramount.

Jun 06, 2025 · Em HickmanThis is one of the nastiest room I've ever stayed in there looks to be like blood on the wall and even as a smoker I walk in and the whole room smelt of smoke and must only thing good is people are nice the shouldn't be allowed to charge no more than 30$ a night here
Mar 25, 2025 · Nicole DeanMy son and I rented a room at Super Stay Plus because of all the bad reviews at the Days Inn next door. We got a double bed smoking room on the second floor. The room was clean and the sheets and linens were clean. The floors were clean as was the bathroom. There was plenty of hot water too. The TV didn't work because someone had stolen the power cord to the TV modem. The owner quickly came up and got the TV working. The price was reasonable and, although not a 5 star rating, I would give it 4 stars and a good value for the money. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would recommend it to anyone who needs a clean place to stay at a reasonable price.
Jan 12, 2023 · Victor BensonHorrible smell. Pee and smoke....The room was not clean at all. Kept our window open the whole time because of the smell. Everything was unplugged including the ac when we arrived. No coffee pot or hair dryer. No breakfast for 75 a night....the people seem nice but this hotel is not worth what is being charged. Definitely would not stay again. The Fairfield is way nicer for an extra 20.
