Everyone is lovely, and maybe this quality of room is what a $200 per night timeshare costs (in what is admittedly an off season in a ski area?) Desk staff are kind, beds are comfortable, and the view is beautiful. The slapdash attempt to upgrade a 60 year old place isn’t doing a lot of favors - the textured ceiling in my bathroom was coming down, the laminate flooring is broken and coming up. Freezer racks are rusty. My electrical panel didn’t even have a working catch to keep it closed. Weirdly, in a large pleasant space, the living room has an almost comically small TV? I got in late and will attempt to correct some of the issues tomorrow, but I was upset to find that the lighting for the stairs to the door was out (and it’s raining), so I carried a baby up slick steps in the dark to get in. The bedroom fan doesn’t work and is filthy, so without AC in the summer that’s a bit rough. Again - not sure what the price buys you. I don’t vacation much. But I sure hoped for better for an almost $500 weekend.

Jun 14, 2025 · Katie LungmusThere is no air conditioning. When you go to your rooms it is like going back 60 years. We had to sit on the bed to open the drawers, because there is not enough room to stand between them with drawer open. The TV in the bedroom is worthless because you have to turn your head so far to one side to watch it Since no AC, open the windows, but only some have screens, and those screens have tears. The tub, shower, and washer/dryer were updated and nice. The comforter was so icky! I couldn't stand to touch it. The dining chairs were wobbly, and unstable. Place felt so old and not really clean. The pool and hot tub looked like they had ring-around -the-collar. And the hot tub looked like it came from someone's backyard! They desperately needed a good cleaning. We enjoyed the ping-pong table. The paddles were ancient, only 2 of 3 were even usable, same with the balls. The people were friendly and kind. I wouldn't stay here again, though.
May 06, 2025 · C DWe really enjoyed our stay here! I know some people have said that these condos could use a modern update, but I really felt like that was part of the charm! The place was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The authentic woodburning fireplace is a great touch when returning from a long day at skiing! It is just a short drive to the ski resort. Like 2 minutes. There is also a shuttle that stops on the property to take you and your equipment right to the resort and back. I would definitely stay again when I am skiing at Sugar!
Feb 17, 2025 · Right turn WillyBeautiful townhouses! They have a balcony for outdoor sitting. Large l8vingroom, fireplace, 6 persons dining space, equipment kitchen. It's pretty cozy and affordable for sure . The interior is of a mountain cabin . Easy late self check in.
Feb 08, 2025 · Mircea IonescuTv did not work and the space was not cleaned well. I also left my boots and was told they would be held for me for 30 days and when I returned (after 28 day)they had given them away. I understand that's they are not responsible for left items but but I don't see why they told me they would hold them and did not. The communication and staff are disfunction.
