Wonderful stay at The Lodge at Old City Hall! Gorgeous and large room with extras like cookies. Easy to find and check in. It was just a short walk to a great dinner at Ghost and Grits. We got amazing treats (including the best apple fritter ever) at the bakery in the Old City Hall building in the morning. Highly recommend this property for a stay!

Jun 11, 2025 · Amber HanlonWe were looking for a small town, unique hotel outside of Knoxville and this one came up in our search! We were traveling from Kansas back to the Asheville area. We got a courtesy call right after making the reservation and the process was very nice. This is a really nice boutique hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Branner Room. We also thought the location was great. We went for a walk in the university right down the street. We would definitely stay here again!
