The room was nice and clean, had everything I needed and expected. The mini fridge was crazy cold and froze my almond milk but I just got it out as soon as I woke up and it worked out great. My shower was fine, drained good and had hot water. I recommend having coffee in the hammock habitat area and watch the birds in the morning. Super close to food, shopping and sightseeing. Had a great stay and would stay there again.

May 06, 2025 · Beth PethalskyCheck in area with restaurant/bar is very well done, very clean and modern. The rooms are a bit of a mixed bag. The furniture is clearly new and the rooms are very large. Almost every room has a view of the very nice pool area and a small balcony. Some issues : no trash can in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. The tile floor and vanity in the bath are new, but shower/surround/shower heat are at least 30 years old and don’t look nice. The shower head sprays everywhere, including all over the bathroom floor. The fan in the bathroom was as loud as a garbage disposal. Bed was fair. Location was very near Old Town, but pretty sure we heard gunshots the first night 😳
May 01, 2025 · Caryn BurkeHonestly, for the price, this room is unmatched in the area. The guys at check-in were nice and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfy. And the patio is an awesome touch. My only complaint is that there is no pancake/breakfast spot close, and thats not even their fault. There is a deposit required which is expected imo due to this being a "party zone" of Scottsdale. So, be prepared for that.
Jun 07, 2025 · kristopher carmanIt's all about the location. The staff is non- existent. The pool area was full of dirty towels and empty drinks the afternoon we checked in. No one was around to clean it. Rooms are very basic, no frills, quite cold and bare feeling. We didn't eat here, why would we when Old Town is steps away?
Jun 10, 2025 · Amy DavisI had a little bit of an issue checking in using Airbnb. It was fixed within 15 minutes, but I know certain people could probably feel a certain kind of way about this. The rooms are very dated. But I can't say dirty, just dingy and dated. The bathroom is very small and there's not a lot of provided toiletries. The hot water ran out relatively quick. The hallways to the room are sort of outside so they're a little bit dirty but I can see how they would be a bit difficult to keep clean. The pool area and pools are somewhat clean, but at the end of the day the pool areas are not maintained and there's dirty towels and trash left around in the pools. And they look like they've had some heavy use. The front desk staff Tony was very pleasant and easy to work with. A young kid at the restaurant was moderately rude and closed the bar and restaurant early. If you're on a budget this is a decent place. If you can afford a little more I'd stay somewhere else. There is a possibility that you'll be sharing a door with another room. And if they smoke weed, you're probably going to share the odor with them. The location is 5 stars. Old Town is absolutely amazing and everything is walking distance.
