Apr 21, 2025 · Katey LingkThis hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation. It has potential due to its location, but the overall condition is very poor. From the moment we arrived, we sensed this would be a challenging stay. The entrance doors don’t open automatically, and arriving with lots of luggage already made for a frustrating first impression. The entire hotel looks old and outdated. From the front desk to the hallway carpets and even the room numbers on the doors—it all feels like something out of the early 1990s. The lobby and hallways were clean, but that didn’t make up for the many negative aspects. A major downside is that there’s no elevator, so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. While not a huge issue, it’s definitely inconvenient if you’re traveling with multiple bags. The room was spacious but clearly in need of upgrades. The furniture looked reused or donated from other hotels (the ice bucket still had a “Days Inn” label), the microwave was ancient, and the bed was stiff and uncomfortable, making noise every time we moved. The in-room jacuzzi was extremely disappointing. When we turned it on, black debris came out of the jets, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom was clean but left a bad impression overall: the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet, the shower was high and awkward to get into, and the drain was covered in visible mold. The floor felt rough, so I preferred to wear flip-flops the entire time. The staff we encountered was polite, but not particularly welcoming. We also heard strange noises from the lobby area during the night, which interrupted our sleep (we were likely placed in a room too close to the front desk). I didn’t even try the breakfast—I just wanted to leave the hotel as soon as morning came. 💵 I paid $140 per night, and honestly, it’s not worth it. I’ve stayed in better-equipped and more affordable hotels. This place might work for a one-night stay in a pinch, but it absolutely needs to be fully renovated if they intend to keep charging these rates.
Jul 07, 2025 · Social MediaAbsolutely HORRIBLE I have no idea how we end up here. Made a bid Hotwire and the name of the hotel is even different there. It’s located next to a gas station nothing else. Rooms are gross, smell awful like the carpet is wet. When we ask the front desk if we can get a different room because it smelled, they gave us an AIR FRESHER TO SPRAY THE ROOM!!!! And that was THE MANAGER that gave it to us. The fire alarm went off around 11pm and a lady run through the hall saying oh “I’m sorry it’s a malfunction” like it happens all the time. The shower is stained, the shower head sprayed everywhere. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in a very long time. Oh and we paid for 2 rooms almost $300 per night. Absolutely horrific. ZERO STARS IS NOT ALLOWED BUT DO NOT BOOK HERE
Aug 03, 2025 · MJ JeeningaJust checked in and the guy working super nice and accommodating. Went into my room and walked right back out. I had to ask if the prices were jacked up because of an event and was told no this is just the weekend rate. I've stayed in many hotels all across the country and for $300 a night I expect a nice room. This hotel room isn't worth $100 a night. $89 is probably a fair price for this. It's too late now but I'll never stay here again.
Aug 02, 2025 · Dave LautenschlagerThe location is excellent and the front desk lady was pleasant, efficient, and professional but OMG, the rooms smell absolutely disgusting, like your grandma’s nasty, scary, damp cellar. You can’t open the windows, so you can’t air it out. $500+ for three night stay. Save yourself and book anywhere else but here. It smells soooo bad! And the there is no bartender so the bar isn’t open…adding insult to injury
