There were a couple of glitches during our one night stay. A computer issue getting signed in and wifi connectivity were a mild nuisance, at best, but because of the recent weather, were out of everyone's control. There was also a problem with our TV not turning on. Had it not been Sunday evening, maintenance could have taken care of it, but the young man at the front desk offered to move us to a different room. Since it was just for one night, there was no need. (Please, if you stay anywhere and there is an issue, let the staff know. They can't fix a problem they don't know about.) And speaking of the staff, everyone we spoke to was helpful and friendly.
