Wonderful Family Resort with Exceptional Staff This was our family’s first stay at the resort, and we had a truly memorable experience. The lodge was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly — a perfect place to unwind after enjoying the water park. The resort also hosted a lovely Easter egg hunt during our visit, which our kids absolutely loved! While we were at the water park, I unexpectedly experienced a heat-related reaction and felt dizzy and weak while waiting in line. It was a scary moment, but the staff responded immediately with calm and professional care. They guided me to a cool area, gave me electrolyte drinks, and stayed with me until I felt better. I was especially touched by their kindness and respect — they made sure I felt safe and supported throughout. Despite the unexpected incident, we left with warm memories and a deep appreciation for how well everything was handled. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the overall value for the experience was excellent. Highly recommend this resort for families — we would definitely return!

Wonderful place. Had a few difficulties in the beginning, but all have been wonderfully resolved. Our 3 generations are having a ball. The rooms are great and the bus service every 10 to 15 minutes is wonderful.

Everytime you walked through the hallway all you did was smell Marijuana. We came there with our kids and grandkids and each time we came through the halls it smelled like pot really bad. Most definitely will not come here with the kids again.

Rooms are very tiny, but doable! Bathroom was especially tiny, hard to even get dressed in there. The grounds were well kept despite construction. Employees seemed nice, water park is exceptional!

Clean rooms. Starbucks coffee on site. Indoor water park for all ages. Outdoor water slide was still closed in March. Painting Pottery was fun. Ice cream shop, candy, shop, and boutique. We enjoyed having so much to do!
