Hadn't stayed in this hotel since it had been renovated. I like the updates. This was a very pleasant stay. Front desk workers were very nice and polite and kept in contact with me via text (Thanks Nicole). Checking in was a smooth process as well as checking out. Only thing I didn't like much was the breakfast. The eggs had alot of excess water in them. Other than that, very nice stay.

Great place. Clean and very serviceable. Location for me was far from our event but that's not their fault. The breakfast was delicious and had variety.

Very decent accomadations, clean rooms, lobby, property ect. Decent breakfast bar & mostly quiet. Front desk PM shift was very friendly & helpful, however AM clerk could have been a little more “people friendly”; I became Ill and had to book an additional night, when I explained to her over the phone that I was feeling REALLY sick & had difficulty coming down to the lobby, she was callus & had zero compassion towards my situation. She insisted I had to come to the lobby to rerun my same payment info. She was the only disappointment during my stay.

Our visit here was terrible. We got into the first room they gave us and there was hair in the bed and food in the refrigerator. So they gave us another room. The second room had a broken door handle, which I fixed as best I could without tools. The door doesn't close tight and there is a massive gap at the bottom so you hear everything going on in the hallway. One of the towels was filthy (see picture). The pillows they use here are unusually small and insufficient. The room has literally the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. The sheets and bedspread were all wrinkled. They wash and never fold them, they just roll them up and then put them on the bed. Is that a thing now? I don't know. The bed was uncomfortable as well At least there's breakfast, right? They have the regular powdered eggs and sausage they serve at all hotels. The sausage were actually really good. They have waffles that are premade and have to be put in a toaster that are absolutely disgusting. They didn't have the typical waffle maker thing which is always amazing. And that's it for hot breakfast. They also had lukewarm coffee but no napkins. Oh, the coffee debacle. So they advertise having a coffee pot in the room. Well, that's a lie. But they do have a coffee station available all day by the front desk. This coffee sits here all day and is vile and foul. They also only had flavored creamers. I tried to get some milk out of the fridge by the breakfast area but they actually lock the milk up, which is a whole other mess!! The entire visit felt like we were being watched and nickel and dimed. There is a card in the room saying they inventory all the items in the room and what they will charge you if you take something (see picture). At breakfast there are signs threatening to verify your guest status if they see you eating there. And, of course, the locked up milk and creamer. Oh, and there were no cups in the room so when you brush your teeth you have to stick your face under the faucet to rinse. I honestly felt like we just weren't the target clientele Windham is marketed to. I'm not really sure who their target customers are. I don't want to steal your nasty towels. No one is interested in taking home your mini pillows. I will never get a room that doesn't have a coffee pot in it again. My wife will never let me forget the coffee disaster at Windham. We couldn't wait to get out of there and even passed on the breakfast the second day and went to Denny's up the street (which was amazing!). At the end of the day I could have gone to a Holiday Inn Express for exactly the same amount of money. This hotel was just OK. I work hard for my money and just found the penny pinching and lack of attention to detail unacceptable considering I could have had a better experience for the exact same price elsewhere. I'll never go to another Windham owned hotel and I plan to let my employer know to avoid them as well. If you do choose to stay here I certainly hope you have a better experience than we did. Best of luck.

The rooms are typical standard by the numbers hotel rooms. Stayed while i was waiting for a place to open up. Minimal for a gym, breakfast was eggs and sausage with some cereal and waffles. Not the best variety but its something. My complaints start here the $150 deposit. Ive stayed at many hotels all over the country and never paid that. Ive stayed at better hotels About 2 days into my stay i get a mysterious charge on my card for $165. I speak to the manager to question it. He says that the deposit wasnt routed correctly.....excuse me what? The deposit is only $150, whered the extra $15 come from? No explanation, then proceeds to tell me that it woulda charged me the fee every couple days because i booked it online. Ive never heard of this and im a traveler. Ok it gets fixed, i let it go and move on. I leave a few days later and notice a charge on my card for $150. I call and they say its a smoking fee. Only one problem, i dont smoke. This occurs on a Saturday, im told to call back monday, thats when the manager is in. I stop in and ask pertinent questions. I wanna know who said there was smoking and how did they verify? Im told theres a 2 step verification and the manager on duty verified. Well, see heres the problem with that, Sam Peraza was the manager on duty. This is the same person I spoke to and the same person I checked out with. So he had to have been the manager on duty. Every other person says that HE IS THE MANAGER. So seems a little suspicious dont ya think? I cant get a straight answer. Funny thing is the hotel reeks of old cigarettes and marijuana to begin with. This seems more like a scam to people they think they can get away with this with. I cant recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible. Look thru the comments and you will see this has happened to quite a few people. Same thing, they lie and play games and cant provide a solid answer. This is literally the person who i checked out with so it woulda been hom to "confirm" smoking. He woulda been the person to make that call. Not to mention it wasnt even the first mysterious charge that popped up on my card while i was there that i confronted them about. Let alone the lack of housekeeping even when i went down and asked for it. The only reason i ever got any was because i went and asked for it or happen to see a housekeeper to come take care of. Again, i cant recommend staying away from this place enough. Be weary of your card, they will likey charge you for things without your permission and knowledge. Oh and FYI. Just so your manager knows, i got my money back. Guess you were wrong buddy. My bank enjoyed that video i took.
