Spent a long weekend here last month, and we had the best time. This is an underrated gem. We love to travel and have stayed club level at some resorts, but nothing compares to the level of service we found at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. My husband and I are big movie buffs, and staff members were so excited to share their movie knowledge with us each time we were in the lobby for the delicious daily breakfast. We split our stay between one of the junior king suites any the Francis Ford Coppola suite. Both accommodations had great in-room amenities. I loved the inclusion of an Apple TV, which allowed us to stream movies during our stay. The highlight was the hotel’s private screening room where we got to watch two movies! Oh and don’t forget to play the Godfather pinball machine in the lobby. Warning - it is addicting. Worth the trip to Peach Tree City alone for us as it was our primary destination, but I also recommend if you’re just looking for accommodations in the area. We hope to return soon!

All-Movie Hotel/Post-Production Facility Introduce

For local users and discerning travelers in Peachtree City, Georgia, searching within the "Hotels Near Of Me" category, the All-Movie Hotel/Post-Production Facility at 976 Crosstown Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269, USA, stands out as a truly unique and exceptional destination. This isn't just a hotel; it's a meticulously curated experience born from the vision of legendary filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola, blending luxurious hospitality with state-of-the-art cinematic facilities. It’s an “underrated gem” that promises an unforgettable stay for both film enthusiasts and those seeking a distinctive retreat.

The environment of the All-Movie Hotel is deeply infused with a passion for cinema. Formerly a Days Inn, the property has undergone a complete renovation, completed in May 2024, to transform it into a vibrant, film-centric oasis. The decor throughout the hotel, from the lobby to individual suites, features unique movie accents, vintage props, and carefully chosen design elements personally selected by Coppola himself. Guests are immersed in an ambiance that pays homage to the golden era of Hollywood and the art of filmmaking. The lobby, in particular, is a communal living area designed for relaxation and interaction, featuring comfortable seating, communal dining tables, and even "Godfather" pinball machines – a delightful and "addicting" touch, as noted by guests. The outdoor spaces include a seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers and pool umbrellas, a lake view, and areas designed for relaxation. The entire property emphasizes a convivial atmosphere, encouraging guests and filmmakers alike to connect and share their passion.

The services at the All-Movie Hotel are consistently lauded for their exceptional quality and personalized touch. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the "incredibly welcoming and accommodating" staff, emphasizing a level of service that rivals "club level at some resorts." The manager, Laura, is specifically mentioned as "very kind and attentive." The 24-hour front desk ensures that guest needs are met around the clock, and concierge services are available to assist with restaurant bookings, golf cart rentals (a popular mode of transport in Peachtree City), and local recommendations. Daily housekeeping maintains the pristine condition of the rooms, and dry cleaning/laundry facilities are available on-site. The hotel's staff members are often enthusiastic movie buffs themselves, eager to share their knowledge and engage with guests on cinematic topics, further enhancing the immersive experience.

The features of the All-Movie Hotel are what truly set it apart. A major highlight is the private screening room, the Dorothy Theater, named after director Dorothy Arzner, Coppola's former teacher. This 30-guest theater offers a top-of-the-line sound system and comfortable seating, providing guests with the unique opportunity to watch movies in a professional setting. While access is subject to availability due to post-production team use, the hotel plans to offer scheduled movie nights for guests. For filmmakers, the hotel integrates state-of-the-art post-production facilities, including two edit suites with laser projection and Meyer Sound 2.1 monitoring, two edit bays, an ADR recording room, and an insert stage with a 360-degree blue or black screen. A gourmet "Green Room" kitchen, featuring Coppola's personal vintage Wolf brand gas stove, serves as a convivial space for crews to dine and collaborate.

Beyond the film-centric amenities, the hotel offers a range of features for all guests. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring a selection of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, homemade yogurt, granola, petite spinach egg quiches, bagels, and juices, along with custom-made espressos from in-lobby espresso machines. Free premium WiFi is accessible throughout the property. Guests can utilize the 24-hour fitness center. The hotel also features an outdoor seasonal pool, offering a refreshing option during warmer months. For families, the hotel provides a children's club (for a surcharge), babysitting services (surcharge), an indoor children's play area with toys and books, and bunk bed rooms that can connect to parent's rooms. Free secured self-parking is available on-site, including electric vehicle charging points. The hotel is designed with accessibility in mind, offering wheelchair-accessible parking, public washrooms, and visual alarms in hallways. Each room features an espresso maker, often with Illy brand coffee, and a mini-fridge, microwave, and free bottled water. Luxury suites may include kitchenettes and additional living space. The inclusion of Apple TV in rooms allows guests to stream movies, a feature much appreciated by film buffs.

Promotional information for the All-Movie Hotel emphasizes its unparalleled blend of hospitality and cinematic immersion. As the first U.S. location under Francis Ford Coppola's "The Family Coppola Hideaways" brand, it carries a prestige that draws travelers seeking unique experiences. The hotel’s strategic location in Peachtree City, easily accessible from Atlanta’s international airport and close to Trilith Studios (a major film production hub), makes it ideal for both film industry professionals and tourists. The emphasis on the personal touch of Francis Ford Coppola in the design and amenities, including suites named after cinematic icons and features like the "Godfather" pinball machine and an "Apocalypse Now" rug, are central to its appeal. The hotel promotes itself not just as a place to stay, but as a destination where guests can "truly immerse themselves in the creative process" and "rub shoulders with filmmakers." Its excellent ratings for location (9.7/10), cleanliness (9.8/10), and value (9.5/10) on various platforms further bolster its promotional message, indicating a high level of guest satisfaction. The ability to book Francis Ford Coppola's personal suite of residence, where he stayed during the making of "Megalopolis," adds an exclusive promotional allure.

While the reviews are overwhelmingly positive, an objective introduction must touch upon any noted points. One guest, despite praising the hotel's location as its "biggest benefit," mentioned that the "breakfast is for someone who doesn't eat breakfast just cereal, banana and waffle that's it nonexistent basic." This suggests that while complimentary, the breakfast selection might not meet everyone's expectations for a deluxe offering. The same review also noted that while rooms are "updated," some have a "mildew musty smell" from old carpets, suggesting that despite renovations, some elements of the original structure or older materials might persist in certain areas. However, this seems to be an isolated complaint, as other reviews consistently praise the cleanliness. The hotel generally does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals, which is a policy to consider for those traveling with non-service pets.

In conclusion, the All-Movie Hotel/Post-Production Facility is a standout establishment in Peachtree City, particularly within the "Hotels Near Of Me" category, offering a truly distinctive experience for cinephiles and anyone looking for a stay that transcends the ordinary. Its environment is a loving tribute to film, its services are defined by exceptional, personalized hospitality, and its features, from the private screening room to the in-room amenities, are meticulously designed for comfort and cinematic immersion. Despite minor points raised about breakfast variety and potential isolated room smell issues, the overwhelming consensus points to an "underrated gem" that provides an unparalleled, luxurious, and memorable experience, making it a highly recommended choice in the area.

What a gem! So happy I decided to stay here instead of a chain hotel. It exudes uniqueness and hospitality. Laura, the manager, is very kind and attentive. I love having good coffee at my fingertips in-room (Illy brand). And the movie accents throughout the property make it special.

The staff here is extremely nice. They offer to make you expresso. There are free pinball video games in the lobby. They do offer a free breakfast. Not the best but simple. Rooms were extremely clean. Only things wrong were the paper thin walls, heard the next doors blaring tv till about 1030pm. The internet went out first night and then 2nd night it went out and stayed out. They were not sure when it would be fixed. I would not stay here again unless the price was lowered

Coppola’s All Movie Hotel is hands-down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team whose warmth and dedication to hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Every detail of the hotel’s theming feels carefully curated—not just for aesthetics, but as an homage to the art of cinema. Nestled in the quaint town of Peach Tree, the hotel offers a unique blend of tranquility and excitement. It’s a quiet getaway that doesn’t skimp on amenities. Guests can enjoy a guided tour of the state-of-the-art postproduction facilities, try their luck at the Godfather pinball machine, or simply savor a complimentary breakfast served in the main lobby. What really makes this place special is how it embodies the spirit of Francis Ford Coppola’s larger vision—a dream of building a utopia here on earth, where art and life seamlessly intertwine. I’d recommend Coppola’s All Movie Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional escape, but it’s especially perfect for film lovers who appreciate a creative, immersive environment.
