I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Hilton Peachtree City Atlanta Hotel and Conference Center. The staff here is absolutely amazing! My kids and I were treated so well from the moment we arrived. A huge shoutout to Philip, the security guard, who went above and beyond during a tornado warning. He helped ease my anxiety by leading us down to the basement and making sure everyone felt safe. I will forever be thankful and grateful for his kindness. Also, the front desk staff was incredible. Even with a long line of guests between 12:00-1:30 am, they remained patient, polite, and professional. Not once did they complain, even though they had every reason to be exhausted. Their dedication did not go unnoticed! I just truly appreciate and admire everyone at this hotel. Thank you all so much for making our stay a great one!

No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Mold smell. Lumpy bed. No A/C in halls. Doors so heavy could barely open. Old worn out carpet. I could go on but if I could rate less than 1 star I would. Only good thing was staff was nice.

I was in town for a conference - had a good experience overall. I was served by several folks that were mostly fine I guess but Eva really gave great service. She knows southern hospitality and made up for what others lacked. You can see her on the closing shift at the bar. The food, rooms, and facilities were pretty good. Housekeeping service was great and made sure to be respectful of my belongings. Lastly, Mykell at the front desk also provided me great service the entire week. Looking forward to next year!

My husband and I were in town for one day, near the beginning of May on a cloudy and rainy day around 65 degrees outside. Overall we are happy with the hotel and would stay again, but there are certainly pros and cons. I prefer to sleep in total darkness. We all know that is impossible at hotels. I appreciated the blackout curtains in the room, but in typical hotel fashion, they let in light around the perimeter. There are many lights outside around the exterior of the hotel and parking lot. There is a nonfunctioning mini fridge behind a cabinet below the TV. There is a functioning mini fridge on the floor underneath the desk. The fridge door is glass that you can see through. There is a light inside the fridge that doesn't turn off. I folded a bath towel in half and draped it over the fridge. It still looked like a glowing neon light in the room all night. If I was staying a second night, I would unplug the fridge. I can hear the TV in the room next to mine, so the sound proofing could use some improvement but overall it's not too loud. The room decor and furnishings are updated. The room looks nice. Everything is clean and smells fresh. The bed is fine but the pillows are highly uncomfortable. They flatten down and become hard. I like the coffee maker. It makes 2 cups at a time. The chairs on the balcony are plastic and coated in yellow pollen. I would recommend that the hotel clean the chairs on a regular basis, or replace with chairs that don't collect and show the pollen. A good option would be the chairs that are the thick mesh-y type material. The parking lot wraps partially around the hotel so you shouldn't have a problem finding a parking spot near your room. The hotel does have a sprawling design. The pool was difficult to find. There are 2 ways to access. The simplest way is to find a door that leads to the hotel courtyard and then you'll see the pool. There is an outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. The pool felt cold; I don't think it's heated. The hot tub was unbearably hot. There is also an indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The indoor pool was a comfortable temperature and felt like it was slightly heated. The hot tub was warm. It was an appropriate temperature without being too hot. The outdoor and indoor pools are basically next to each other. The gym is connected to the indoor pool. There is an elevator past the gym where you can go up and get back to your room without being outside. If you remember the interior route, then you'll be able to do it in reverse to get back to the pool area from inside. We did not see signs in the hotel with directions to the pool. We did not eat breakfast as it appears there is an additional charge. It is disappointing that breakfast isn't included when we are paying such a high rate for a room.

Everything was simply outstanding! Beautiful property. Clean, spacious rooms. Delicious food at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner were amazing! Finally, impeccable front desk service and restaurant staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Thank you for your hospitality.
