The best part of our stay was the gal at the front desk named Sara(h). She was so helpful and accommodating with every need. Another lady was very helpful also when making the changes to my original number of rooms. The room was clean and average. The hallways could have used some attention with a vacuum during our stay. Our discontent for multiple rooms came with the small bathroom (although the shower was very nice). Almost hard to get in and turn around to close the door. The lighting is horrible at the vanity...not enough light at all. Since we were staying there for a wedding we were bummed about no full length mirror. Weekend (especially with a wedding made for too many people for the morning breakfast. Not enough tables so we opted to leave and go to a restaurant. We don't travel a lot, but the price for the weekend room seemed ridiculous for this average hotel. We've stayed in a luxury hotel in Minneapolis for the same weekend price.

Jun 23, 2025 · Rita RileyThe best thing I liked about my State is the shower. I love the shower pressure and I loved the products of hair and body soap. I was glad they had a microwave and refrigerator even though I didn’t have to use it. It would’ve been nice to have another mirror in the bedroom area. Other than that I really enjoyed staying there. The fact that the pool was closed.
Apr 05, 2025 · Josie CariniThis "hotel" is a disaster! Stayed in a recently "remodeled" room. The amount of construction dust made me feel like they were still working in the room as well as the hallway (the hallway was most disturbing as we found several "bugs"). The shower handle was installed improperly, making it almost impossible to use without the handle falling off. All the furniture is old and falling apart from water damage. Not to mention, the fridge broke, and we were not offered a replacement room or reimbursed for the items damaged when the door broke. There was stickyness on the kitchen floor that remained there even after we had the floor recleaned. We found spiders and webs inside the pullout sofa (no linens provided). There were no hangers to put our stuff in the closet, and the drawers to the dresser were dirty. I would never recommend anyone to stay here!
Jun 01, 2025 · CassA lot of misleading or outdated photos on this app. Room I got didn't have a couch and no bath tub. Shower was poorly designed, resulting in a lot of water splashing onto the wooden floor. Strange musty smell and for some reason, the alarm kept going off in my room eveey hour until I turned the device off. Front desk was empty for long periods of time. Never felt so unsafe at hotel before now.
Jun 10, 2025 · Dylan OttoThe entrance is a little confusing as there is a daycare sharing the same plot of the land and the driveways are right next to each other with no clear marking/ sign for either to differentiate. One of the first things I noticed was the hot tub was out of order. Someone else commented that they said the hot tub just went out of order, but I can verify that the hot tub has been out of order for a minimum of six months probably much longer. I don't believe there's any intention to fix it. I'm confused as to where the money goes because they charge more nightly than the nicer AmericInns in the nicer towns but provide less accommodations. :( The pool has been out of order for at least a month now and addition to the hot tub. The rooms do not have bathtubs. I repeat, no bathtubs. So when you've been on a long drive or a long day at work and you really just want to soak your tired bones in a hot bath, that is not possible here. They also have second floor rooms but no elevator. When I come it's for several days so I have a lot of luggage and I also have bad arthritis and even if I put in a comments to please get a ground level four due to my bad knees I still get put on the second floor, with no elevator, and all these items to carry. There is no workout room. I do agree with another review that the bathrooms are too small to even shut the door. You can't even sit on the toilet and shut the door because your knees are in the way. You have to stand in the shower to close the bathroom door and then go sit on the toilet. And then repeat the process to get the door open. You have to get fully in the shower in order to turn the water on and get it to your desired temperature 😳😳 Some of the shower heads are so high you can't move the shower flow out of the way in order to do this, and some are fixed in place. Front desk staff are pleasant and seem always available.
