Odd place. Room lights were on timers so I was once unexpectedly plunged into darkness. My bathroom had only the lit mirror for light. Other rooms also had a ceiling light, but mine did not. It's tucked in behind a restaurant and hard to notice. The whole building seems to face the wrong direction. It was adequate. However my serious complaint is that we reserved a handicap room and did get the handicap room. We got a large room on opposite end of the hallway from the elevator with tight bathroom. That was simply very inconvenient for us. It would have been unusable for someone in a wheelchair. I won't return.

Jun 16, 2025 · Jim CollinsMAJOR ISSUE: The pool looks nice, but there is no heat in the pool or the pool room. It was cold just walking in. My son (9) put one foot in the water and said NOPE. As we live nearby and only visit to use the pool, I will not be visiting again. MINOR ISSUE: You can tell that there were some updates. Our room had obvious damage. Missing tile in bathroom, tub didn't drain, fridge missing all shelves, closet door broken and won't move from in front of the safe. I don't appreciate electing for an upgrade (to which i had to input my card info again to pay for it) to find out when we arrive we are not going to recieve it - we were not charged. But there is a $50 charge ( not a hold) still on my account a week later. POSITIVE NOTES: We did enjoy the black out curtains, and I will give you credit for the breakfast. It was the best one I've had for a long time. That is why 3 stars, not 1. Last note: be careful arriving. The entrance we used is not wide enough for 2 cars to pass if the dinner is busy

We booked two nights, and when we tried to book a third with a manager, were told we would have to check out of the first room and check in to an identical room for some reason when we both had to work the next day. They said theyd store ourcluggage so fine. Except, he booked the room for that same night (so we had two rooms for friday) then canceled it 2 minutes later without telling us. Leaving us tovpack all of our stuff at 6 am to bring with us to work so we can fins a new hotel. Will never come back.
Jul 12, 2025 · Dylan BochetteWe really didn't have much of a choice as we were in town for a concert. All the hotels had rough reviews but this place should be sold to someone who cares. The TV didn't work, there were stains and few sticky stains all over the room like nobody cleaned it, the shower water pressure is non existent, I highly recommend paying the Xtra $$$ and staying at the local B&B. Make sure to read all of the reviews and before paying to "camp" for the evening
Mar 22, 2025 · Todd LongAs a Wyndham Diamond and Hilton Gold member, I’ve seen my fair share of hotels, and they can definitely cover a range. The prior reviews scared me and the wife, and yet we needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far from the Rail Museum (Polar Express 2024.) Yet, I’m happy to report so many things about this hotel: The mattresses are encased, and sitting on a metallic bed frame (no bed bugs and not sure if they’re possible). The walls and framing is recently painted. The pool area is amazing. The property is relatively modern, and it is easily seen their efforts to maintain. I had the chance to talk to a local police officer, and he said this is the best place to stay in the area. In general, it fit the bill and then some for our family of 4. The only drawbacks: The thermostat / room temp was hard to manage, and needs to be calibrated. The sheets had some stains and the front desk confirmed that they’re due for replacements. They gave replacements. The pillows were mushy, and we prefer slightly firmer. The breakfast area ran out of product due to another large family, but they brought more food. Nothing that would deem a loss of a star. And while we have not seen every room, this stay was great. Hope this helps!!
